Went through Wind River decades ago as a kid on vacation with parents.
We saw a sign for an Indian Pow Wow for the day we went through.
We went and watched it.
It was very authentic. Out in the middle of nowhere.
I do believe it was meant for Indians alone because we were the only palefaces there.
