Clown exposure? Using fake news to collect money?

A couple things I notice. First is the name is spelled differently in one of the articles, Collum, instead of Cullem.

Second, the name Cullem sounds just like it means, to cull them.

Third, the posted pic of the family is shopped like crazy. I will only point out a few spots

Fourth, It looks like someone in "blue" caught him.

Last, the guy on the hospital bed is not the same guy standing in the hospital gown.
