I think it's pretty obvious that Q Team is hoping for a Twitter push for un-redaction of the IG Report. Don't fire yet, wait until the Report drops, but mull it over guys (pun intended).
This is your primary issue, that's a standard design for United flights. Other than that, it's a known SS practice to take alternate routes in order to throw off would-be attackers. I think the SS would be wise enough to not use Google's recommended route. Imagine attacker thinking, "where's the motorcade going? I'll look on Google Maps!" So to me I don't think we can narrow the timeline down as you're trying to do either.
