Funny thing about the Flood of Noah.

Nobody believed Noah until the rain started falling.

But by then, it was too late.

The door had already been closed, and there were none to open what God had shut.

Funny thing about the flood of Noah.

The things that were alive, then, and watched it happen, have now taught you that it is just a myth.

Just a legend.

Just a minor local flooding.

And just like people in Noah's day, you people are going about your business, eating, drinking, getting married, being handed off in marriage, and believing in the doctrines of demons.

Just like the people of Noah's day, you don't know what is coming.

And you don't know what to do about it.

But that does not stop the rain from falling, does it.

Let's play that out.

You're alive, back then, and you are now suddenly concerned that there is water falling from the sky.

And water bubbling up from the ground.

And volcanoes erupting.

And more water, more from above, more from below.

You see water everywhere, so you try to go for higher ground.

You get to the top of a hill, but the water keeps rising.

You get to the top of a larger hill, but the water keeps rising.

All you can see is water, and a mountain peak.

You get to the mountain peak, but the water keeps rising.

It's the highest peak in the world.

But the water keeps rising.

Soon you cannot see the peak.

Just water.

Water, everywhere.

Up to your knees, your waist, your chest, your mouth.

And still it rises.

You tread water as long as you can, on a world that is suddenly just water, water everywhere.

And then you too drown.

Tell me, of what good did going to the top of the tallest peak do?

When even the tallest peak becomes covered with a thousand, two thousand, three thousand feet of water?

No, the only place of refuge is in the Ark.

But none of you were there, so you can't be sure it happened.

And yet, you're here, and it's happening again.

And you still think you can get yourself to higher ground.

I have considered many of the doctrines of demons, and have rejected all of them.

Why, tell me, would you consider demons a good source of information about the past?

Do you believe demons generally?

Or are you in the position that you believe demons, while not believing in their existence, I wonder.

Wanting more information is an attempt to stave off the fear you are feeling.

The flood of Noah killed millions, maybe tens of millions.

The next one will kill billions, in a variety of ways. Things you cannot imagine.

Because for some reason, in your 'pursuit of information', ostensibly reliable information, you have 100% neglected the bible.

Who would have told you to do that, do you think?

God?

Or maybe not God?
