TCTXT Beginning Investigation Into Criminal District Attorney

TCTXT is now beginning an in-depth investigation into Lucas Babin, the Criminal District Attorney of Tyler County.
For months, Babin continues to defy Texas statute and refuse to prosecute individuals who are either out on bond, or in custody at the Tyler County Sheriff's Office.
In this process, Babin is denying those individuals a right to a fair, and speedy trial, and folks all across Tyler County are becoming more, and more concerned as why this is happening.
