Baker message

UK #47 began with an intense effort to identify the purple-lit building visible in images from Q drops known as NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847 and NSA_Traf_CAM_ROT1 - 1423. Several candidates were brought under scrutiny by anons and over the course of several days the images matched up to the Riverbank Plaza hotel, 18 Albert Embankment. The digs continued to try and identify when the Q Embankment pics and the LisaMI6 video were taken.

Winter of 2013/2014 is looking better and better based on details that have emerged thus far:

1) The paddle steamer turned floating pub TATTERSHALL CASTLE. The vessel had an overall dark blue hull and the funnel had a white top, a red band, and then a dark blue lower up until January of 2015. A refit conducted had her away from the Victoria Embankment until April of 2015 and during that time her hull was painted an overall grey with the funnel having a light blue top, two yellow bands, and a red lower.

The images in NSA_Traf_CAM_ROT1 - 1423 show the funnel in the older white-topped scheme so a Not After bookend of January 2015 appeared.

2) Hoarding surrounding a specific tower on the Palace of Westminster is captured in several images for the timeframe, and caught from several angles in the BBC New Years Eve footage.

3)Examined a photo taken of the Albert Embankment on 22-DEC-2013 and then compared cranes in the skyline with lights and cranes found in other open sources. The cranes found include two behind the London Eye at the York House worksite (now Urbanest), one at St Thomas Hospital, one at Parliament House Apartments, and two more behind the Corniche worksite next to 18 Albert Embankment (Riverbank Hotel, aka "the Purple Building"). In addition, two tall cranes were noted behind the the Corniche worksite at the Tinworth worksite. All of these may have been within the camera frames of the various Embankment pics that Q dropped. ROT1 has been of particular interest in this regard. This aspect of the dig remains open as Anons seek to establish dates on which the Q pics captured a particular pattern of crane lights. At this time, the appearance of two red lights on cranes behind the London Eye, at the York House worksite, appears to date ROT1 as AFTER early DECEMBER 2013.

Anons have found that the attributed dates found with stock photos may not be as reliable as previously assumed. Corroboration of dates might be achieved through comparison with proxies for the Q pics based on the content rather than attributed dates. The dates that open source pics have been posted, published, and described in titles are all part of the details considered in addition to the details within the camera frames.

4) The Millbank Tower. So far only a few tenants of the building are known, but anons are comparing images of the landmark during different times of the year to help in narrowing down the Christmas Season by the lack of lit floors in the Q drop and LisaMI6 images.

The gathering of pics for Millbank light patterns has now progressed to comparisons of various open sources, some with assigned dates, and the set of Q's EMB pics. A grid was prepared and is still in development. More pics needed.

5) Anons spotted a banner over Victoria Embankment on which there appeared a 1st Aid sign that appears to match the 1st Aid sign captured in a stock photo with an attributed date of 1-MAR-2014. In that photo and in a vid dated pre-23-MAR-2014 include a second temporary sign, this one facing away from the camera but with same shape and orientation as the 1st AID sign on the lamp post by the Cabman's shelter at the bottom of the footbridge stairs in the CH pics. These three signs may have been first put up in preparation for the NYE firework display on Victoria Embankment. The dig continues with the goal of testing the notion that these signs may be connected and may provide a new marker and possible bookend.

6) Anon found a stock photo which showed stars in the night sky along the same lines as what was revealed in Q's LONDON 2847 pic. This open source pic provides confirmation that constellations can be photographed even in the bright lit night sky above high rise buildings.

7) Anons examined the shadows in the Chadwick pic of 22-DEC-2013 that captured the TATT in foreground and the cranes over Albert Embankment in the background. Based on sun calculations, the Chadwick pic was taken around 1:30PM; and the tide was still coming in and which suggests the time of day was about 3 hours before high tide on that date, which fits with the suncalc anaysis. This provides context for the week during which the current dig has placed the EMB pics - the week of Christmas 2013.

UK Pics Background

Embankment Pictures

On February 16th 2018 Q posted a picture from a London Traffic Cam by Embankment Staion [https://qalerts.pub/?n=784], the image was of London traffic and Big Ben. The File Name of the picture was NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847.png. 9 minutes later Q posted a stringer warning to the UK of a possible car attack.

3 Months later on May 20th 2018 Q posted a series of 3 pictures [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1423] from the same traffic camera which was rotated through 3 positions. Q was telling us this camera has a field of view from the Corinthia hotel and up the Victoria Embankment towards Parliament.

2 months later on the 27th of July 2018 Q reposted one of the previous pictures with people circled [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1720], this was tentatively identified as Lisa Page, lover of disgraced traitor and FBI goon Peter Strzok.

Q revists the theme again on February the 18th 2019 when Q posts 3 more pictures of the Corinthia hotel from the same camera [https://qalerts.pub/?n=2797] indicating that the couple may have been staying there.

17th May 2018 Pictures

On the 17th of May Q posted a series of pictures from two locations in London and several locations in China, there is likely a connection between the two. An anon posted a theory which Q quoted indicating that the theory was on the right lines. The China pics were of pallets of boxed technology (possibly secure satellite phones that operate on a Chinese satellite), the Foxconn factory and an airport with a Chinese plane at a gate. The theory suggested that China were supplying secure communication devices to the cabal so that they could communicate without sigint (Signals Intercept) by the NSA. The London connection is through Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the lovers were secretly in London (perhaps arriving by boat on the Thames to avoid official record of the visit) and being surveilled by the Q team the whole time. The theory stated they were either collecting or distributing these communication devices for other cabal members, Q also posted a picture from the plane and an Owl and the Space Shuttle.

In post 1405, which is the first of the 17th of May series, Q posted a picture of a red London Routemaster bus, Q also posted a Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs, The Red Bus picture was titled Fsurv_londonps1.png, Presumably someone in the picture is of interest, its likely this picture was posted to inform the person who is being surveilled that they were being watched. The following post [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1406] contained two more pictures from Piccadilly circus. The picture is of a road sign and the Cool Britannia giftshop. The Cool Britannia giftshop has similar archways to that of the temple on Epstein Island and the Aleppo Bathhouse Hammam Yalbugha.

Q posted the first Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs on the plastic flooring at Winter Wonderland, A second picture of the Wilde Maus Roller-coaster was posted about a month later [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1456]

Black Box

The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [MI5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [MI6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

Workers At UK’s Biggest Container Port Felixstowe Due To Begin 8-Day Strike

LONDON, Aug 21 (Reuters) – More than 1,900 workers at Britain’s biggest container port are due on Sunday to start eight days of strike action which their union and shipping companies warn could seriously affect trade and supply chains.

The staff at Felixstowe, on the east coast of England, are taking industrial action in a dispute over pay, becoming the latest workers to strike in Britain as unions demand higher wages for members facing a cost-of-living crisis.

“Strike action will cause huge disruption and will generate massive shockwaves throughout the UK’s supply chain, but this dispute is entirely of the company’s own making,” said Bobby Morton, the Unite union’s national officer for docks.

“It [the company] has had every opportunity make our members a fair offer but has chosen not to do so.”

On Friday, Felixstowe’s operator Hutchison Ports said it believed its offer of a 7% pay rise and a lump sum of 500 pounds ($604) was fair. It said the port’s workers union, which represents about 500 staff in supervisory, engineering and clerical roles, had accepted the deal.

Unite, which represents mainly dock workers, says the proposal is significantly below the current inflation rate, and followed a below inflation increase last year.

“The port regrets the impact this action will have on UK supply chains,” a Hutchison Ports spokesperson said.

The port said it would have a contingency plan in place, and was working to minimise disruption during the walkouts which will last until Aug. 29.

Shipping group Maersk MAERSKb.CO, one of the world’s biggest container shippers, has warned the action would have a significant impact, causing operational delays and forcing it to make changes to its vessel line-up.

Figures released on Aug. 17 showed Britain’s consumer price inflation hit 10.1% in July, the highest since February 1982, and some economists forecast it will hit 15% in the first three months of next year amid surging energy and food costs.

The squeeze on household incomes has already led to strikes by the likes of rail and bus workers demanding higher pay rises.

Buses, Tube and Rail

Christmas Eve, Tuesday 24 December

A Saturday service will operate on the bus network with some exceptions. Routes 507 and 521 will operate a reduced weekday service. There will be no service on the route 603. Route 969 will operate a reduced Tuesday service. Route X68 will operate a normal weekday service. There will be no night buses. 24 hour routes will operate until just after midnight.

A normal weekday service will operate on the Tube, but there will be no evening peak boost. Services will be reduced after 20:00 and last trains will run earlier at Sunday times with the exemption of the Waterloo and City Line where last trains from Waterloo will be at 23:20 and last trains from Bank at 23:26. Cannon Street station will close at 21:00 and Marylebone station will close at 22:30.

On the DLR, a normal weekday service will operate until 14:00 when a reduced service will operate on all routes. Services will end at approximately 23:00.

London Overground will operate a weekday service on all routes with last trains around 21:30 with the exception of the Highbury & Islington to West Croydon / Clapham Junction where there will be no services between Highbury & Islington and New Cross/ Clapham Junction / Crystal Palace / West Croydon.

On London Tramlink, a Saturday service will operate, but with a reduced timetable from 20:00.

Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December

There will be no services running on the Tube, buses, DLR, London Tramlink or, London Overground.

Boxing Day, Thursday 26 December

A Sunday service will operate on buses. All 24 hour buses will enter service by 06:00 with night buses operating a Thursday night service.

From 08:30, special services will operate on all Tube lines with last trains at Sunday times. Some engineering works will be taking place which means some stations or short sections of lines will be closed, customers are advised to plan their journeys in advance.

There will be no service throughout the day between Edgware Road / Earls Court and Richmond / Ealing Broadway / Kensington Olympia on the District line. After 19:00, the South Kensington to Wimbledon section will also be closed. As a result, the Piccadilly line will call at all stations between Hammersmith and Acton Town. Trains will also operate to and from Ealing Broadway.

There will be no service between Finchley Road and Waterloo on the Jubilee line from Thursday 26 December until Sunday 30 December inclusive.

On the Northern line, there will be no service between Kennington and Morden.

There will be no service on the Waterloo & City line.

Upminster Bridge, Cannon Street and Kensington (Olympia) stations on the District line be closed. North Ealing station on the Piccadilly line will be closed.

There will be no services on the London Overground network, however, some interchange stations will be open.

Services on the DLR will operate between 08:30 and 23:30.

A Sunday service will operate on London Tramlink, but with seven to eight minutes' frequency between 10:30 and 17:30 with additional services between East Croydon and Wimbledon.

Friday 27 December

Buses will operate a Saturday service with some exceptions. Route 507 and 521 will operate a reduced weekday service. There will be no service on the route 603. Routes 931, 965 and 969 will operate a normal Friday service. Route X68 will operate a normal weekday service, and 24 hour bus routes and night buses will operate a Friday night service.

The British Government Has Begun Paying $140,000 for COVID-19 Vaccine Damage Victims.

Which seems to be getting no coverage in the American media. Wonder why.

The United Kingdom has rolled out a financial compensation program for individuals and families who have been harmed by the COVID-19 vaccine, despite repeated claims by U.S. corporate media entities denying any negative health impacts of the vaccines created by their largest advertisers.

Under the program, the first payments, which amount to a maximum of almost $150,000, have already been made to family members of individuals injured or killed as a result of the experimental vaccine.

Vikki Spit, whose 48-year-old partner Zion became unwell eight days after receiving the AstraZeneca vaccine and ultimately, is believed to be the first recipient of a sum from the government’s vaccine damage payment scheme (VDPS).

The VPDS will compensate British citizens with a tax-free payment of up to £120,000, or nearly $141,000. Vaccines for roughly 20 diseases are eligible for payments under the program and archives of the British government’s website show that COVID-19 was added between November 2020 and July 2021.

To receive a payment, individuals must demonstrate that a vaccine left them “severely disabled,” which the British government quantifies as at least 60 percent disabled.

“This could be a mental or physical disablement and will be based on medical evidence from the doctors or hospitals involved in your treatment,” explains the application guidelines.

Family members can also apply on behalf of injured individuals, as the British government’s portal explains: “You can also apply for this payment on behalf of someone who has died after becoming severely disabled because of certain vaccinations. You need to be managing their estate to apply.”

So far, the National Health Service (NHS) Business Services Authority, the body that handles the VDPS, confirmed that as of May 2022 it had received 1,681 claims related to COVID-19 vaccines.

“Based on current timescales, once medical records have been sent for assessment, we expect to receive an outcome for most cases from the independent medical assessor within 12 weeks,” explained a spokesperson.

The new program follows controversy over the flawed efficacy of COVID-19 vaccines as well as massive conflicts of interest between pharmaceutical representatives and politicians pushing vaccine mandates.

Government health agencies have also helped obscure data from COVID-19 vaccine trials, which, when released, suggests the vaccines don’t confer the same level of immunity as touted by their advocates in the White House and mainstream media.

Secret police guidance has been discovered urging officers to treat journalists akin to criminals and ‘extremist groups’.

The alarming advice has been condemned by newspaper groups who fear it will undermine police-press relations and hinder the public’s right to know about crimes and how they are investigated.

The College of Policing, the umbrella group providing guidance for the forces of England and Wales, advises that officers must declare whether they have friendships or associations with people such as criminals.

While this advice is public, it has emerged that a secret annex listing the types of associations that must be declared includes journalists.

Earlier this year, HM Inspectorate of Constabulary recommended police officers disclose associations with ‘journalists and extremist groups’.

After complaints about lumping these two together as if they were equal, the inspectorate apologised and agreed to change the wording.

A formal complaint has been made to the College of Policing by the Society of Editors and the Crime Reporters Association. Rebecca Camber, who is chairman of the CRA and the Daily Mail’s crime and security editor, said: ‘This national guidance equates the profession of journalism with criminals, extremists, suspects and sex workers.

Since our vloggers from Winter Wonderland (19 DEC) were on the scene for NYE, is it possible they did some vlogging then?

Does anybody have a note somewhere as to what their vlog channel is/was? Be mighty nice if our duo took some video and happened to catch the sides of the banners we haven't seen yet

Was checking for more pic of Victoria Embankment to see if I could spot the first aid sign by the cabman's shelter and found this.

I think in this pic the Millbank is more lit up than in any other pic I've seen so far. The top two, and the one that I thought was blanked panels (Floor 31?) because I hadn't seen it lit before.
