Looks right. Some thoughts. Do you think the banner was at that particular location 1) because there was another first aid station and 2) temporary restroom facilities were provided near the banner? An obvious question to ask based on the non-central location on Victoria chosen for the banner. Also, where were people on Westminster being directed for restroom facilities? We know that location near Parliament hosted an announcer talking to the crowd so one would expect ‘facilities’ to be present there? Or were folks just using the tube facilities at Westminster? Might find other similar signage over by Westminster?

If anons were disappointed as I was with the banner’s angle using the nearby poles, then you should view this NYE vid which imo shows the banner attached to at least one TREE (riverside) and, it seems to me, a second near the gardens.
