Just thought to remind Anons of the approximate positions from which Q's Corinthia Hotel [CH] pics were taken.
The CH set of pics were not taken from the TRAF CAM perched on a pole above the elevator, but rather from a pedestrian-held position [CH1] on the surface of the footbridge and [CH2] part way down the stairs and [CCH3] on the walkway by the foot of the stairs at the Cabman shelter (green building near kerbside).
This vid had dated the stock photo based on the attributed date posted at the Alamy site. However, based on previous bread, this scene may have been captured several weeks earlier, possibly during an interim between 31-DEC-2013 and early March (before the fatal motorbike accident from which changes occurred on the pedestrian traffic islands). So reposting this vid as a reference for the dig on the 1st Aid signs.
Also shows a close Q match in terms of camera position for CH1.

Reposting these vids and infographics also helps sets the stage for further analysis of the traffic in the CH pics AND for a review of how the digs have narrowed the bookeneds, bit by bit, until now we are looking hard at DEC 2013 pics for dating clues from the Millbank lights, the 1st aid signage (possibly 3 all told, maybe more), and the various stakes in the ground that add-up to "something".

Maybe just make an inquiry with the Westminster city? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Someone at city office prolly could pullup some info on the subject as it is of public interest. Just ask about the signs and the 1st aid and sanitation?
Reposting vids that show the changes in the traffic lanes at the Junction, around CH, and in the area of Victoria Embankment that was captured in Q's pics.
These show changes began in APR 2015 and show that the scene did not match the Q pics from then forward. The bookend was narrowed further, of course, because we scrutinized other markers to move the date beyond which the Q pics could not have been taken.
Baseline vid shows the Junction lanes and also shows a few other markers that UK diggerz will recognize.

UNCTION of Victoria Embankment and Northumberland Avenue was not a Q-MATCH during winter 2015/2016, because of road work that constructed cycle-only lanes by reducing traffic lanes and kerbside parking.
This vid illustrates the changes and upgrades to the roadway. A vid of the 2016 Marathon shows a 360 degree view of the new cycle-conly lanes on the riverside; while the runners occupy the traffic lanes, minus automobiles, the two-way traffic lanes can clearly be seen on the same side of the meridian which separates the cycle lanes. In contrast, the road before the changes divided the traffic by the meridian at the junction. Also, turn lanes were eliminated; the right turn off Northumberland and the right turn off Embankment were eliminated to make for safe cycling through the junction. This change can be seen clearly in Ge IMAGES over the junction.
These changes necessitated changes to the pedestrian crossing. As a result, the EMBANKMENT pics do not match the scene in 2015/2016.
Traffic lane evidence initially moved the Not After bookend to Summer 2015.
Of course, that fit well with the Bike Hire Docking Station evidence. Moar on that later. For now lanes and junction evidence clearly etablished that the Q pics were taken before winter of 2015/2016.
And the bike hire evidence in this set of videos showed that the Q pics were taken sometime after Summer of 2013 by which time the line of bike docks (along the kerbside of Northumberland near the junction) had been removed and so on that point well-matched the Q pics. As UK anons know, the colour scheme of the bike hires changed in Spring of 2015, which reinforced the Not After bookend of the lane-junction markers.
These re-posting are to help set the stage for the narrowing of the bookends for the EMB-CH pics. If we find moar evidence that links 1st Aid signs on EMB with the one (and possibly second) such sign in the CH scene on Northumberland, then, a big leap may take place well-within the bounds set by lane and junction changes.
Next up, TATT and HISP markers. Then the bollards. Will also sum-up the various stakes in the ground that may eventually prove to be bookends in themselves. Putting this all at the top of this bread will hopefully be handy-dandy.
This vid is a night recording that shows cyclists using the new bike lanes - before officially opening - while a big moon was in the sky. The vid nicely shows the reconfiguration although this part of the road was middle and background in the Q EMB pics. Other markers can be noted as well.

Yeh, looks like banner connected to tree at riverside; and could be tree also, or the post, on the other side of the road.
Need more views of the various banners up that night 31-DEC-2013 - as well as other possible 1st aid signs - which would strengthen the tie to the 1st Aid by CH.
This vid is from NYE 2012 and also shows banners but without the 1st Aid cross. Kinda supports the idea that those signs were special, or at least introduced, in 2013. If we find no such 1st aid signage on banners or elsewhere during 2014 and 2015, then, that might be something.
