World’s Youngest Trans Model Has Two Trans Parents, Will Have “Gender Surgery” At 16

A 10-year-old child is making headlines as the world’s youngest trans model to walk the runway at New York Fashion Week after representing the Trans* Clothing Company brand.

Noella McMaher was a model at New York Fashion Week in February, but the child’s story has begun to receive additional media attention after it was announced that the 10-year-old had been signed on for modeling gigs until November.

According to Noella’s parents, the child began expressing gender dysphoria around age 2.

Referring to the boy using feminine pronouns, Noella’s mother stated: “She would refuse to wear boy clothes and have tantrums because she was so young. She knew what she wanted, but didn’t have the words to say it … I should have known earlier, as she hated anything masculine, so I brought her to a gender clinic.”

At age 4, Noella was “socially transitioned,” referring to a process in which a child is “affirmed” in their chosen gender identity by presenting as that gender while in public. It was around this time Noella’s mother said she brought the child to therapy at the gender development clinic at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. During the appointments, Noella told a gender counsellor he was a “girl.” By Age 6, Noella’s legal documentation had already been changed.

But information on the child’s family is often left out of the glowing profiles.

Dee McMaher, Noella’s biological mother, is a social justice advocate who identifies as non-binary, appears to be on hormone replacement therapy, and recently had a cosmetic mastectomy. Both she and her current partner are females who identify as trans masculine.

According to the Point Foundation website, McMaher, neé Kalick, has been an “advocate and educator” for transgender children for 10 years — roughly since around the time Noella was born.

In 2019, McMaher and Noella were featured in People’s World during a legal episode in which McMaher was fighting for full custody of her child from her biological father, Timothy McCord.

According to McMaher, McCord had been opposed to 4-year-old Noel’s transgender identity. McCord and McMaher had been separated at the time, but the father had visitation rights and the two parents shared child-care duties during the week while she was at work. At the time, McMaher was employed at the Rainbow Family Support Center as a transgender advocate, and McCord’s visitation often included making dinner and putting Noella to bed.

In July of 2016, McCord caused a fracture in Noella’s arm, something McMaher stated happened while he was forcing Noella into “boy pajamas.” McCord is reported to have then given Noella medication and sent the child to sleep. The next morning, after Noella expressed pain, McMaher reported McCord to child protective services and he was arrested on charges of aggravated child abuse.

George Soros and other left-wing billionaires have flooded a Chuck Schumer-aligned super PAC with millions of dollars as they look to maintain a majority in Congress's upper chamber, federal records show.

Soros steered $2.5 million from his Democracy PAC to the Senate Majority PAC in July, while hedge fund billionaire James Simons added an identical amount, according to new Federal Election Commission filings. The duo was the largest donors to the committee last month, which is now entering the home stretch of the midterm elections with nearly $73 million cash on hand.

The new Soros cash also brings his total to the Senate Majority PAC to $10 million for the 2022 elections, making him one of its largest contributors behind a dark money nonprofit affiliated with the PAC.

35 Arrests in Statewide Sweep for Child Human Trafficking in Ohio

A weekend human-trafficking operation involving 98 law enforcement agencies across the state ended in the arrests of 35 “johns” seeking to buy sex and 21 others seeking to buy sex from minors, Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost announced today.

“On my watch, those who keep human traffickers in business are going to pay a price along with the traffickers themselves,” Yost said. “My office, with the vital help of our many law enforcement partners, is committed to going after the demand side of this contemptible exploitation of vulnerable young women and girls.”

“Operation Time’s Up,” coordinated under AG Yost’s Ohio Organized Crime Investigation Commission, targeted the demand for human trafficking with a series of stings aimed at arresting buyers of sex, commonly called johns.

The sweep also coincided with the culmination of an investigation of illicit massage parlors in Cleveland and a statewide search for missing children by the U.S. Marshals Service.

Operation Time’s Up was a multi-pronged effort involving:

Law enforcement in Franklin, Mahoning and Scioto counties, which focused on crimes against children by arresting individuals seeking to buy sex from minors. The 21 arrested face felony charges that include attempted unlawful sexual conduct with a minor.

“The Franklin County Internet Crimes Against Children task force conducted traveler stings to target adult offenders actively seeking out minors using various internet-based chat and dating applications with the ultimate intent to engage in sexual activity,” Franklin County Sheriff Baldwin said. “Intercepting these predators before they can harm children is paramount to keeping our communities safe.”

Police agencies in the Columbus, Lancaster, Dayton, Akron, Cleveland, Marietta and Portsmouth areas, which focused on solicitors of sex. Many of the 35 people arrested face the enhanced charge of engaging in prostitution, a first-degree misdemeanor championed by Yost’s office. Those convicted of the charge must undergo human trafficking education, also known as “john school.”

“Human trafficking is fueled by customers – predators – who engage in paid sexual services,” Fairfield County Sheriff Alex Lape said. “Conducting proactive undercover sting operations is an effective tactic to bring public awareness to human trafficking and education to the buyers of paid sexual services.”

The U.S. Marshals Service, which throughout August conducted an operation to locate and recover missing children, per the request of law enforcement, to ensure their well-being.

“The Justice for Victims Trafficking Act of 2015 enhanced the United States Marshals’ authority to support federal, state and local law enforcement efforts in the process of locating missing, abducted or endangered children,” said Brad Stuart, Acting U.S. Marshal for the Southern District of Ohio. “Thank you to all of the partners who worked together to rescue our communities’ most vulnerable children.”

As has been the practice during such operations, law officers who came across individuals offering to sell sex – men and women – interviewed them; the victims were also offered medical and social services from nongovernmental agencies and nonprofits working alongside law enforcement. Such intervention can help pull victims out of the trafficking trap.

Interviews with both buyers and sellers of sex yielded tips helpful in long-term investigations. In July, for example, two Cuyahoga County residents were indicted on charges of trafficking multiple women, indictments that stemmed from a previous sting by the Cuyahoga Regional Human Trafficking Task Force.

“It is time to challenge and change our attitudes about human trafficking,” said Columbus Division of Police Chief Elaine Bryant. “Through partnerships with the nearly 900 local law enforcement agencies in the state of Ohio, the Columbus Division of Police is committed to a holistic, deliberate collaboration to address this complex issue plaguing our communities. We must all raise our voices and be dedicated to preventing future victims from being exploited by these perpetrators.”

Protesters descend upon New Zealand Parliament to hold a 'people's court' for government and public health officials

Protesters will march to parliament where they will stage a mock trial to hold politicians, public health experts and journalists to account for alleged "crimes against humanity".

Demonstrators are set to gather in Wellington where they will stage a "people's court" on parliament grounds for alleged "crimes against humanity".

Hundreds of protesters began converging at Civic Square in the New Zealand capital about 10 am local time on Tuesday where speakers addressed the crowd and a number of musical acts performed from a makeshift stage.

Members of the group were seen waving New Zealand flags while sporting "freedom" jumpers and brandishing signs reading "government must go".

The demonstrators will march to parliament where they will stage a mock trial to hold politicians, public health experts and journalists to account for alleged "crimes against humanity".

The protests are being led by far-right activist Brian Tamaki, who heads the Freedom and Rights Coalition - a new party hoping to draw votes from anti-government groups, including those who oppose COVID-19 measures and vaccine mandates.

The protest comes after a three-week occupation in February and March ended in arson and violence.

Anti-vaccine and anti-mandate protesters set fire to a children's playground and attacked police after their 23-day stay culminated in a brutal showdown.

Wellington police have warned any demonstrators from the first occupation who return to parliament grounds will be prosecuted for trespass.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said she had no desire to prevent the protest from going ahead but urged for a "peaceful and lawful" demonstration.

"(Protest) is part of who we are as a nation," she said.

"Parliament is working very hard to make sure that we're balancing our responsibilities in a democracy that has historically and will continue to welcome peaceful and lawful protest."
