This show up above a friend house. He scared. It travel 40-50 km/hr. It fly over house. It hover like hummingbird. It flap wings like a bird. Makes very, very fast turns. Friend get photos before it fly away. This the best photograph. He say about the size of human hand. Was about 15-20 meters above ground.

A drone. My friend watch it fly over house 10 maybe 15 minutes.
We search online and not find anything a neighbor able to buy.
He work on some projects for government in his country. Not sure who spy on him or why.
He want to know how to identify. Military? Israel? Europe? China? US?
My friend feel same way!!!
I told him I try to post here to see if somebody know how to identify it.
