SupposedlyHAVA Title III forces the Sec of State to hold a hearing and have to prove the election was conducted properly. They're saying going thru a lawyer who goes thru a judge is good, meh, but the more effective route is thisHAVA Title IIIthing. Each State has diff procedure re HAVA Title 3 and filings must be done correctly so Sec of State doesn't toss it, or whatever. I have nooooo idea. I think citizens who witness fuckery (anti tampering seals broken, etc.. ) while voting they file these n also contact Sheriff n file a report with law enforcement (as well as election officials) then use that filing from law enforcement for theseHAVA Title IIIfilings because it supposedly forces Sec of State to have to hold a hearing to address it. (And we're sort of pressed for time bc of Sept 3 records deadline thing. ) The moar law enforcement filings along with the HAVA Title 3's sent to Sec of State the better. I'm not a law fag n have no idea. I'm just telling it best I can for rn. Hopefully smarter Anons take over.
