They're probably growing dinosaurs/reptilians in those "aquariums." Jurassic Park Dominion had scenes with black market dinosaurs in cages, and you know how everything is bigger in Texas, apparently! This definitely has to do with the fact that the dome we live under is heating up immensely.
Actually… wait a second. Dragons/dinosaurs/lizards/reptilians can survive in snowy climates in the most recent Jurassic Park film!
