In today’s report, I bring you an update on a Maple Ridge, B.C. woman named Franci DuPerron’s battle to finally receive compensation from Canada’s Vaccine Injury Support Program (VISP).

In our first interview with Franci, she described the horrible experience she was having with trying to be compensated by VISP, after her late mother Hannelore Maria Warner died minutes after taking her first Moderna COVID-19 injection.

Like severely vaccine-injured B.C. father Shaun Mulldoon and others who have suffered from “doing their part” to be vaccinated for COVID-19 without being given informed consent, Franci believes that the run-around applicants receive from VISP is an added burden to bear. This is especially considering there is no monetary amount that could compensate a person for something like the death of a loved one.

With that said, Franci is feeling a weight has been lifted off of her shoulders now that she has been heard, and received the maximum payout by VISP for a vaccine death.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau continues to lavish gender radicals who vote for him with the hard-earned money of Canadians at every opportunity.

This time Trudeau announced a $100 million taxpayer investment into the pockets of radical LGBTQ groups pushing gender nonsense onto children.

He claimed the hefty funding would help “fight discrimination.”

“This will guide our ongoing work to fight discrimination, break down barriers, to advance rights and to build a future where everyone in Canada is truly free to be who they are and love whom they love,” said Trudeau over the weekend.

The plan is titled “Canada’s first Federal 2SLGBTQI+ Action Plan.”

75% of the funds will be distributed to “community organizations” peddling diversity, inclusion and other far-left concepts. Another $5 million will be put towards “public awareness” to propagandize Canadians to accept gender ideology.

Various LGBT groups in Canada have pushed for medically-induced child gender transitions, which could permanently impact minors.

According to one physician, trans youth surgeries are becoming too common, and the rate they are occurring needs to be reassessed.

“Let’s slow down and make sense of what is going on,” said Dr. Joey Bonifacio.

“All of these decisions … concerning social, medical or surgical transitions, these are big decisions, and they deserve the time, they deserve the respect that’s needed.”

Bonifacio is an expert on gender identity at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto. His comments come after a group of UK residents launched a class action lawsuit against the Tavistock clinic.

“I think this is going to be one of the largest medical negligence scandals of all time,” said the lawyer representing the complainants, Thomas Goodhead.

The National Health Service (NHS) reviewed the clinic’s operations and shut it down this year.

The workplace explains what doctor-assisted suicide is — more commonly referred to as Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) or euthanasia — and explains why someone would want it, who is eligible and how it works.

“This book was created for young people, like you, who have someone in their life who may have MAiD,” the activity book reads.

FORT CHIPEWYAN, Alberta (LifeSiteNews) – One of the oldest standing Catholic churches in the Canadian province of Alberta was terrifyingly reduced to ashes late last week in what police are deeming a “suspicious” incident.

The destruction of yet another historic Catholic church in Canada happened last Thursday in the remote northern Alberta town of Fort Chipewyan. The fire saw the 113-year-old Catholic church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin reduced to nothing but its burned-out foundation. The church was built by the Oblate missionaries in 1909.

Police had been notified of the fire in the early morning hours on Thursday, and officers along with the Fort Chipewyan Fire Department as well as Alberta Forestry helped put the fire out before it spread to nearby buildings.

While officials have stated that the overall cause of the fire is not yet clear, according to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the inferno is being treated as “suspicious.”

“We do believe it suspicious,” RCMP spokesperson Corporal Troy Savinkoff told the media.

Over 400 Toronto city workers had been fired for not complying with coercive jab mandates.

A labour arbitrator ruled in favour of a group of Toronto firefighters who fought against being fired earlier this year for not taking an abortion-tainted experimental COVID jab.

The Toronto Star reported that arbitrator Derek Rogers decided that the city improperly dealt with the fired emergency responders, although he did not think it was unreasonable to have a vaccine mandated.

Rogers believed that vaccinations requirements were reasonable, but from an employment perspective it was unreasonable to have termination as a consequence for not being jabbed.

Howard Goldblatt, one of the lawyers who represented the Toronto Professional Fire Fighters’ Association in the case, said the ruling was “a significant step” and “precedent setting” and that it could have “very broad implications” province or even nationwide.

Although given that the arbitrator still opined that jab mandates were not necessarily unreasonable, Goldblatt said there are still many questions. “We now have a number of firefighters who are, at a minimum, reinstated,” he said.

The situation has been referred back to the city and the association, which will have to negotiate on how to proceed.

Vaccine mandates have been dropped in a number of private and public sector settings, including banks and health care. However, the city of Toronto has remained committed to jab mandates and has “no plans to end the policy.”

In June, it was ruled that a Catholic nurse in Ontario was discriminated against and wrongfully fired for not taking the jab in Sudbury.

In that case, it was ruled that the employer had encroached on her religious freedom as it is understood by the Ontario Human Rights code.

A woke diversity trainer from TD Bank, one of Canada’s largest financial institutions, suggested to employees in a meeting to not vote Conservative and instead consider voting “Liberal or NDP.”

According to an audio recording that news outlet Western Standard says it obtained, a TD Bank trainer named Carol can be heard telling workers the Conservative Party does not care for Canada’s indigenous people.

“I haven’t really voted that much … from what I know, conservatives go against a lot of what indigenous people are trying to do,” she said.

“Because they advocate for pipelines, they don’t want people to have a voice.”

The trainer then said that the “Liberal or NDP” is a “little bit more about it (people having a voice).”

In the recording, Carol could be heard trying to sell the Green Party as an even better alternative to the Liberal or NDP.

In the recording, another diversity trainer could be heard implying that Conservatives are not on board with reconciliation with the indigenous people.”

The second trainer seemed to praise NDP leader and MP Jagmeet Singh, whom she said “are trying to consult and actually speaking with indigenous about what we want, what we are looking for.”

Toward the end of the recording, the trainer could be heard saying “I would say those areas are what to vote for versus Conservative because I’ve noticed what a lot of their contentions are against indigenous rights.”

According to the Western Standard, it obtained the recording only shortly after TD had posted a job ad for an LGBT business development manager for its Diverse Segments Team.

Environment and Climate Change Canada has confirmed documents published by The Counter Signal revealing a new Winnipeg facility hosting a firearms armoury are “authentic.”

Last week, The Counter Signal reported that the Ministry of Environment & Climate Change Canada (ECCC) is building a new facility, which includes biological labs, media relations offices, intelligence facilities and “controlled quiet rooms.”

In an emailed statement, Environment Canada confirmed documents first published by The Counter Signal are “authentic” — and that some enforcement officers are entitled to weapons to carry out their duties.

“The floor plans in the Counter Signal article are authentic,” confirmed spokesperson Amelie Desmarais. “They were shared publicly in July 2021 as part of a contracting process to secure services to renovate the floors occupied by ECCC, mainly to align with Government of Canada GCWorkplace standards.”

As previously reported by The Counter Signal, the facility will be over 50,000 square feet and house hundreds of Environment Canada and weather forecasting staff.

Environment Canada said its enforcement branch is mandated to enforce federal environmental legislation aimed at pollution prevention and protecting Canada’s wildlife and biodiversity. Enforcement responsibilities cover more than 60 regulations.

The department said the agency has officers across Canada under Environment Canada legislation and the Criminal Code. These officers have powers and protections of Peace Officers, the agency said.

“They have the authority to issue enforcement actions,” Desmarais explained.

“A limited number of ECCC employees are authorized and trained to carry firearms in the context of their duties.”

Enforcement officers require “specialized tools” to perform their duties and “keep them safe,” Desmarais said. They also require facilities to house and secure the tools, the department said.

Desmarais said officers routinely take witness statements when working on files and “so we have specially designed interview rooms for this purpose.”

Speaking about the facility’s “controlled quiet rooms,” the department said some offices include closed “quiet rooms” for work requiring a high degree of concentration. “Control” indicates that only employees with access can enter this secure area.

“Those specific areas are essential to the Enforcement’s integrity, security and operational efficiency for both investigative and inspection processes,” Desmarais said.

According to an Indeed job listing, the Ministry is searching to recruit Climate “Pollution” Officers under its “Environmental Enforcement Directorate.”

The department added that it’s currently hiring new officers to maintain its existing workforce.

The leak comes days after Environment Canada agents allegedly trespassed on Saskatchewan farmland.

Landowners who confronted the federal agents were told agents were testing water in farmers’ dugouts to measure nitrate levels. ECCC said it was collecting samples in water bodies, but “no nitrates or other nutrients.”

Nitrogen levels in fertilizer are the newest target of Trudeau’s climate agenda. The Trudeau government recently announced a “voluntary” initiative to reduce fertilizer use on Canadian farms by 30%.
