A Private Entity (EI-ISAC) Provides Security for Elections and Then Manages “Misinformation” for the Same Entities on Behalf of the Federal Government

On February 4th, 2021, at 5:40am, TIME Magazine published one of the most significant stories of our lifetime. They appeared to suffer this engrained desire to confess wrong-doing in order to garner some sort of recognition, similar to this Sam Harris admission. Perhaps that is what TIME Magazine and their influencers were trying to convey when they wrote in The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign That Saved the 2020 Election:

“That’s why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream–a well-funded cabal of powerful people, ranging across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage and control the flow of information. They were not rigging the election; they were fortifying it. And they believe the public needs to understand the system’s fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America endures.”

Up until last night, this had been obvious but difficult to prove. Then, last night, Tore Maras posted a document that tied it all together.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported on the Election Infrastructure Information Sharing and Analysis Center (EI-ISAC) as well as Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai’s case in which they’re involved. The EI-ISAC describes their non-profit as “a trusted cybersecurity partner for election offices and associations, providing EI-ISAC membership to these organizations at no cost.”

TGP obtained a copy of several agreements between county entities that entered into an agreement with the CIS, which is “operating in its capacity as the EI-ISAC”.

In this same Memorandum of Agreement between the CIS/EI-ISAC and Dallas County, Texas, we learn that the EI-ISAC is contracted by the Department of Homeland Security to provide “cybersecurity services…for state election entities”. This partnership is a bold step towards the federalization of our elections, but it may be also be a decisive agreement evidencing a significant First Amendment violation.

Russia responds to Zuckerberg’s FBI revelations

The country’s foreign ministry has claimed Facebook CEO has effectively confirmed the feds secretly control major US social media

On Friday, spokesperson Maria Zakharova published a post on her Telegram channel devoted to Zuckerberg’s recent appearance on The Joe Rogan podcast. According to the Russian diplomat, Facebook’s first-in-command recounted how FBI operatives had visited him ahead of the 2020 US presidential elections, which ended in victory for Joe Biden, asking him to suppress stories revolving around the “unseemly contents” of Hunter Biden’s laptop on his platforms.

“The men in black ‘convinced’ Mark Zuckerberg… that these were all Russian fakes,” Zakharova added, referencing the podcast.

She went on to surmise that this kind of “excuse for censorship” was sufficient to have made Facebook’s CEO comply with the request. The subsequent suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story “helped pronounce Biden senior as the winner in the election,” Zakharova noted, remarking that many Americans are still unconvinced.

The diplomat went on to argue that, with the laptop story turning out to be true and with Zuckerberg’s revelations to Rogan, “the world has learned that the US social media played a decisive role in this performance.” She added that the suspension of then-President Trump’s accounts by the main social media platforms just goes to show that the US authorities collude with the “internet monopolies.”

Zakharova concluded that all this proves that the “FBI and other American security services manually control digital giants,” with social media platforms’ leadership only too happy to “participate in dirty political games in Washington.” The senior diplomat also made the claim that “there are no democratic standards in the American electoral system: neither in theory nor in practice.”

Feds ARREST Gavin McGinnes During Live Broadcast Over Jan. 6 — Despite the Fact HE DID NOT GO to DC on Jan. 6

Political commentator and former Proud Boys leader Gavin McInnes was reportedly arrested during a live broadcast of his show on Censored TV on Thursday.

“We are shooting a show. Can we do this another time,” McInnes told law enforcement officials as his show was live streaming.

McInnes walked off-screen responding to the arresting officers or agents who cannot be heard, “Yeah. Alright, I’m happy to do that but, uh, I’ll get a lawyer and we will sit down and have a conversation and schedule a meeting and we’ll sit down with my lawyer. “

Josh Denny, a comedian who works on Censored TV who works alongside McInnes confirmed McInnes was arrested for alleged involvement in January 6.

Moderna Sues Pfizer and BioNTech for Patent Infringement in Relation to mRNA COVID-19 Jab

Pfizer and BioNTech are being accused of infringing Moderna’s patents while working on the first COVID-19 vaccine to be approved for use in the United States. This news was revealed by Moderna on Friday.

“Moderna believes that Pfizer and BioNTech’s COVID-19 vaccine Comirnaty infringes patents Moderna filed between 2010 and 2016 covering Moderna’s foundational mRNA technology,” Moderna said in a news release.

“This groundbreaking technology was critical to the development of Moderna’s own mRNA COVID-19 vaccine, Spikevax. Pfizer and BioNTech copied this technology, without Moderna’s permission, to make Comirnaty,” said Moderna.

“We are filing these lawsuits to protect the innovative mRNA technology platform that we pioneered, invested billions of dollars in creating, and patented during the decade preceding the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Moderna Chief Executive Officer Stéphane Bancel.

The lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Regional Court of Düsseldorf in Germany.

“We believe that Pfizer and BioNTech unlawfully copied Moderna’s inventions, and they have continued to use them without permission,” said Moderna Chief Legal Officer Shannon Thyme Klinger. “Outside of AMC 92 countries, where vaccine supply is no longer a barrier to access, Moderna expects Pfizer and BioNTech to compensate Moderna for Comirnaty’s ongoing use of Moderna’s patented technologies.

In March, Moderna updated its pledge to not enforce COVID-related patents until October 2020.

“In October 2020, Moderna pledged not to enforce its COVID-19-related patents while the pandemic continued. In March 2022, when the collective fight against COVID-19 entered a new phase and vaccine supply was no longer a barrier to access in many parts of the world, Moderna updated its pledge. It made clear that while it would never enforce its patents for any COVID-19 vaccine used in the 92 low- and middle-income countries in the GAVI COVAX Advance Market Commitment (AMC 92), Moderna expected companies such as Pfizer and BioNTech to respect its intellectual property rights and would consider a commercially reasonable license should they request one for other markets. Pfizer and BioNTech have failed to do so.”

“Moderna is not seeking damages related to Pfizer’s sales to AMC 92 countries and is not seeking damages for Pfizer’s sales where the U.S. Government would be responsible for any damages. Consistent with Moderna’s patent pledge, the Company is also not seeking damages for activities occurring before March 8, 2022,” Moderna said.

US Secret Service identifies 15,000 fraudulent bank accounts and seizes $286 million in stolen COVID relief loans

The U.S. Secret Service seized approximately $286 million in stolen Economic Injury Disaster Loans, the organization announced today. The fraudulently obtained funds were returned to the Small Business Administration.

The Secret Service identified 15,000 accounts used to apply for COVID relief loans using stolen employment and personal information.

Green Dot Bank, a third-party payment system, was utilized by criminals to move funds to avoid detection. The Orlando, Florida, Secret Service Field Office initiated the investigation and worked with GDB to identify the accounts and stolen money.

Lead investigator for the Secret Service and Assistant Special Agent in Charge Roy Dotson said, “Working closely with our Central and North Florida Cyber Fraud Task Forces, this investigation enabled the recovery of a significant amount of critical federal relief.”

Assistant Director David Smith of the Secret Service announced, “By aiding in the return of nearly $2.3 billion in stolen funds over the last 30 months, our workforce has demonstrated a clear and firm commitment to the vitality of American businesses across the country.”

The Associated Press reported that billions had been fraudulently claimed from the Paycheck Protection Program loans, unemployment insurance, and other COVID relief programs.

Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz called the PPP loan program “an invitation” to fraudsters during an “NBC Nightly News” interview in March. He stated, “What didn’t happen was even minimal checks to make sure that the money was getting to the right people at the right time.”

The Secret Service is responsible for launching 3,850 COVID-related fraud investigations that have resulted in the recovery of over $1.4 billion in fraudulently obtained funds. The Secret Service also assisted in returning another $2.3 billion to state unemployment insurance programs.

The Government Accountability Office reported in March that additional measures were necessary to reduce emergency relief fraud in the future. It stated, “Many agencies were able to distribute funds quickly, but the tradeoff was that they did not have systems in place to prevent and identify payment errors and fraud.”

Department of Justice director for COVID-19 fraud enforcement Kevin Chambers said, “This is an important step in returning stolen funds to the American people. This forfeiture effort and those to come are a direct and necessary response to the unprecedented size and scope of pandemic relief fraud.”

The GAO provided 271 recommendations to avoid fraud in the future, including initiating a new program for payment reporting, requiring that agencies provide annual fraud reporting, and establishing a permanent fraud analytics center.

A woman sued Horatio Sanz, NBCUniversal, and SNL Studios, alleging sexual assault. The woman claims that she was sexually assaulted by Sanz at age seventeen after previously being groomed by Sanz beginning at age fourteen. Horatio Sanz’s representative has called the woman’s claims “categorically false.”

Now, the woman has filed a new complaint that tries to name Lorne Michaels, Jimmy Fallon, and Tracy Morgan as defendants in the lawsuit. The woman reportedly claims that Sanz groped and kissed her and fingered her without her permission, and she claims that Jimmy Fallon knew about it and that she was even allowed to hang out at Saturday Night Live after-parties when she was under the age of 18. The woman even says that she met and conversed with Michaels and that the alleged assault happened at a Tracy Morgan-hosted party.

Lorne Michaels and Saturday Night Live have a history of shilling for the political Establishment — acting as a forum for politicians like Hillary Clinton and John McCain to improve their public image while offering lukewarm “comedy” propaganda that demonizes conservatives. This scandal could damage the Saturday Night Live propaganda institution. Former SNL actor Chris Kattan alleged that Lorne Michaels tried to coerce Kattan into having sex with a female director, which Michaels’ team denied.

Zuckerberg says Facebook censored The Post’s Hunter Biden stories because FBI warned of Russian misinfo ‘dump’

Facebook suppressed The Post’s blockbuster revelation of Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop in response to a vague FBI warning about possible “Russian propaganda” tied to the 2020 presidential election, according to founder Mark Zuckerberg.

The tech billionaire and Meta CEO made the stunning claim during a wide-ranging, nearly three-hour interview in which he also admitted to podcaster Joe Rogan that he regretted the move and admitted that “it sucks.”

“Basically, the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us — some folks on our team — and was like, ‘Hey, just so you know, like, you should be on high alert,'” Zuckerberg said on Thursday’s episode of “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

Zuckerberg said the FBI added, “‘We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election. We have it on notice that, basically, there’s about to be some kind of dump that’s similar to that. So just be vigilant.'”

Zuckerberg told Rogan, “We just kind of thought: Hey, look, if the FBI, which I still view is a legitimate institution in this country, it’s a very professional law enforcement — they come to us and tell us that we need to be on guard about something, then I want to take that seriously.”

In response, Facebook limited sharing of The Post’s October 2020 scoop about the contents of a laptop computer that the first son allegedly left at a Delaware repair shop in April 2019 and never retrieved.

When Rogan asked Zuckerberg if the FBI “specifically” said the social media giant should “be on guard about that story,” the tech titan said he couldn’t recall.

“No, I don’t remember if it was that specifically, but it basically fit the pattern,” he said.

Shortly after The Post published its exclusive report, 51 former US intelligence officials — led by former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and ex-CIA Directors Mike Hayden, Leon Panetta and John Brennan — signed an open letter that said the situation “has all the classic earmarks of a Russian information operation.”

That claim came despite the fact that neither Hunter Biden nor his dad Joe Biden’s presidential campaign denied the authenticity of the material on the laptop, which notably includes an email showing that the son introduced his father, now President Biden, to one of his controversial overseas business associates.

The correspondence flies in the face of President Biden’s claim that “I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.”

Both the New York Times and the Washington Post have since confirmed the authenticity of emails on the laptop. The outlets cited sources familiar with a criminal investigation into possible tax fraud and potential wrongdoing by Hunter Biden, as well as an expert who examined a copy of the hard drive.

U.S. Funds Wuhan ‘Bat Lady’ Report Co-Authored With China’s CDC Director Calling for EXPANSION of World Health Org Powers.

The news comes just a few years after the Trump administration tried to distance the U.S. from the WHO.

A scientific journal article funded by the U.S. Department of Energy – which included controversial Chinese Communist Party scientists such as the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s top bat coronavirus researcher as authors – is calling for expanding the power of the World Health Organization over sovereign countries.

The paper – Lessons Learnt From The COVID-19 Pandemic – provides an overview and assessment of the world’s response to the virus, praising both China and the World Health Organization (WHO) for their supposed transparency.

“It is clear that both China and the WHO demonstrated dramatically improved responses to COVID-19 with the lessons learned from previous epidemics,” asserted the paper before suggesting that the origins of the virus remain “enigmatic.”

The paper proceeds to give seven “actionable recommendations” to improve the global response to future pandemics, among which is a proposal to broaden the authority of the WHO over member states. The suggestion follows a recent controversy over the WHO attempting to pass a “global pandemic treaty,” using public health as a pretext to dictate member states’ public policy and health measures.

“The WHO has to be given a much stronger role in the coordination of the implementation of the various control measures,” argues the paper.

“Given the exponential nature of pathogen spread it is imperative that we ensure the rapid mobilization of mitigation and control strategies at international scales before local epidemics can progress to pandemics,” continue the authors before concluding:

“The authority of the WHO for global coordination of pandemic responses must be strengthened.”

The notorious Wuhan Institute of Virology’s top bat coronavirus researcher Shi Zhengli – dubbed the “Bat Woman” – is among the authors of the paper.

Republican Senators Demand FBI Officials Answer for Undermining Probe into Biden Family Business

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Ron Johnson (R-WI) on Thursday demanded FBI officials answer questions about undermining their investigation into the Biden family’s sketchy business after the agency falsely claimed at the time that the Senators were involved in a “Russian disinformation” scheme.

The Republican senators requested intelligence analyst Nikki Floris and counterintelligence deputy Bradley Benavides answer questions next month about an “unnecessary” briefing which undermined the Senators’ inquiry into the Biden family in 2020, according to a report by the Washington Examiner.

According to polling, 58 percent believe President Joe Biden has played a role in his family’s business. Sixty percent say Hunter Biden, a key member of the family enterprise, was “selling influence and access” to Joe Biden.

“Simply put, the unnecessary FBI briefing provided the Democrats and liberal media the vehicle to spread their false narrative that our work advanced Russian disinformation,” the Republican letter reportedly read. The briefing was “unnecessary and was only done because of pressure from our Democratic colleagues, including Democratic Leadership, to falsely attack our Biden investigation as advancing Russian disinformation.”

As many as 15 media personalities claimed Hunter’s laptop emails were likely Russian disinformation. Moreover, many media outlets used Politico’s now-debunked infamous article that detailed 51 intel officials’ belief the laptop was Russian propaganda. Yet the intel letter Politico reported actually suggested the opposite.

Moreover, Facebook’s founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg revealed on Thursday the FBI warned Facebook of an imminent “dump” of “Russian propaganda” shortly before the Hunter Biden “laptop from hell” story broke, causing the story to be shared to a less “meaningful” degree on the platform.

The demand for the FBI’s appearance came one day after whistleblowers revealed to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) that the leadership of the FBI forbade agents from investigating Hunter Biden’s laptop until after the 2020 election was decided. Johnson wrote to the Justice Department:

After the FBI obtained the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer shop, these whistleblowers stated that local FBI leadership told employees, “you will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop” and that the FBI is “not going to change the outcome of the election again.” Further, these whistleblowers allege that the FBI did not begin to examine the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop until after the 2020 presidential election—potentially a year after the FBI obtained the laptop in December 2019.

According to polling, 74 percent of Americans believe the FBI mislead the public when it claimed Hunter Biden’s laptop was “disinformation.” Seventy-nine percent said former President Donald Trump would have won reelection if Hunter’s laptop was known to voters.

When respondents were asked if they “agreed or disagreed the electorate did not have access to information that could have been critical to their decision at the polls,” 78 percent agreed. Twelve percent disagreed.

Order to Kill 43 Mexican Students Came from Chicago, Report Reveals

One of Mexico’s most controversial mass killings where 43 students headed to a protest were kidnapped by police and cartel allies took a turn in recent days. New evidence indicates the order to kill and dispose of their remains came from drug lords in Chicago.

The mass killing took place in 2014 in Guerrero, when a group of students stole buses on their way to a protest. At the time, Mexico’s government claimed that 43 students had been kidnapped by police and turned over to cartel members to be killed and incinerated in a landfill near the town of Cocula. That version of events became known as the Historic Truth. Shortly after, questions arose about the validity of the story when forensic evidence was reviewed by international experts.

Last week, the case made headlines after Mexico’s Undersecretary for Human Rights Alejandro Encinas released a report claiming the massacre was a “crime of state” and officials at the highest levels attempted cover-ups. Days after the release of the report, authorities arrested the former Attorney General of Mexico, Jose Murillo Karam, for his role in creating the Historic Truth and torturing suspects.

New information detailed in Encinas’ report revealed that U.S. authorities had tapped phones and intercepted messages belonging to brothers José Ángel Casarrubias Salgado and Adan “El Tomate” Cassarrubias Salgado, living in Chicago. According to Milenio, those surveillance efforts led to the discovery that the kill order originated in Illinois.

The U.S. Government tapped the lines to investigate heroin smuggling schemes between Chicago and Guerrero. The two brothers, along with a third in Mexico (Sidronio Casarrubias Salgado), and other relatives were the leaders of Guerreros Unidos, a splinter of the Familia Michoacana Cartel.

The phone messages and conversations reportedly revealed the brothers’ beliefs that rivals had infiltrated the students and were using the buses to smuggle themselves into their territory.

The brothers relayed to their henchmen in Mexico to get rid of the evidence. According to Milenio, since there were too many students, a cartel lieutenant known as “El Chucky” had his men use machetes to dismember the bodies and place them into bags. El Chucky then had each cell of gunmen take bags and dispose of the remains.

Google bars Whites and Asians from receiving prestigious fellowship grants; prefers “people with disabilities” and “Latinx”

A prestigious fellowship program run by Big Tech ringleader Google openly discriminates against White and Asian people, we now know.

In order to qualify for the Google Ph.D. Fellowship, which awards promising computer scientists $100,000 to pursue a career, potential candidates must “self-identify as a woman, Black / African descent, Hispanic / Latino / Latinx, Indigenous, and / or a person with a disability,” according to the tech giant’s racist requirements.

Whites and Asians can still apply to the program, of course, but the vast majority of them will never get accepted. That is because Google upholds a strict cap on the number of Whites and Asians it accepts – the vast majority of fellowship awards go to non-Whites and non-Asians.

Most of the nation’s most “elite” colleges and universities participate in the Google Ph.D. Fellowship program, by the way, which means Whites and Asians face an unfair disadvantage across the academic spectrum. Legally speaking, this is a violation of federal law.

Civil rights provisions bar institutions from discriminating against people on the basis of ethnicity and skin color as Google is doing. Those in violation could see their federal funding eliminated.

Will anyone hold American academia and Google accountable for openly discriminating against Whites and Asians?

An archived webpage shows that Google’s anti-White and anti-Asian policy for fellowship recipients has been in place since at least April 2020 when the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) was in full swing.

Civil rights lawyer Adam Mortara, the lead attorney in the case Students for Fair Admissions v. Harvard, says it is illegal for Google to enter into such contracts based on race under the Civil Rights Act of 1866. Both Google and every university that is partnered with it are committing serious crimes with this policy.

“And it is illegal for universities receiving federal funds to nominate students based on race under Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act,” added Mortara, who is part of a fight to have the Supreme Court outlaw affirmative action.

The following schools are all in violation of the Civil Rights Act and should lose their federal funding for openly discriminating against Whites and Asians – but will they:

Justice Department won’t prosecute ex-FBI chief James Comey over leaked memos: NBC

DOJ declines to charge former FBI Director James Comey following a referral from the department’s inspector general’s office about leaked memos describing his interactions with President Donald Trump, NBC News reports.

Comey said he had penned the memos directly after his meetings with Trump during the early days of his presidency.

Comey had shared those memos with his “good friend” Daniel Richman, a Columbia law professor. Some of the memos reportedly contained classified information, which led the DOJ watchdog office to investigate.

An official familiar with the deliberations about Comey’s referral told Fox News that “Everyone at the DOJ involved in the decision said it wasn’t a close call … They all thought this could not be prosecuted.”

Zelensky’s Drug Dealer Detained – Reports

On August 25th, a drug dealer was detained in Kiev. According to Ukrainian media reports, the man was engaged in the supply of drugs for deputies of the ruling party of Vladimir Zelensky, Servant of the People.

A 48-year-old man was identified Yuriy Chernetsky. According to the local prosecutor’s office, he systematically sold cocaine in the capital of Ukraine. More than 20 bags of cocaine, as well as money, ammunition and scales were seized in his car.

Ukrainian media claimed he supplied cocaine to the president to the deputies of the Zelensky’s party.

The suspect was detained with a possibility for release on bail of 4 million hryvnia. He faces up to 10 years in prison with confiscation of property.

Advisor to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich has recently called not to condemn Vladimir Zelensky for his addiction, confirming that the Ukrainian president as well as Ukrainian servicemen do drugs.

An international team of scientists sequenced a protein crystal located in the midgut of cockroaches in 2016. The reason?

It’s more than four times as nutritious as cow’s milk and the researchers think it could be the key to feeding our growing population in the future.

Although most cockroaches don’t actually produce milk, Diploptera punctate, which is the only known cockroach to give birth to live young, has been shown to pump out a type of ‘milk’ containing protein crystals to feed its babies.

The fact that an insect produces milk is pretty fascinating – but what fascinated researchers is the fact that a single one of these protein crystals contains more than three times the amount of energy found in an equivalent amount of buffalo milk (which is also higher in calories than regular cow’s milk).

Clearly milking a cockroach isn’t the most feasible option, so an international team of scientists headed by researchers from the Institute of Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine in India decided to sequence the genes responsible for producing the milk protein crystals to see if they could somehow replicate them in the lab.

“The crystals are like a complete food – they have proteins, fats and sugars. If you look into the protein sequences, they have all the essential amino acids,” said Sanchari Banerjee, one of the team, in an interview with the Times of India back in 2016.

Sexual Abuse by Former Mormon Bishop Walton Hunter Confirmed by Daughters

Rebecca Kapp and Deborah Hunter-Marsh confirm sexual abuse at the hands of their deceased father Walton Hunter, former Bishop in the Mormon Church.

The daughters of Walton Hunter, a now-deceased former Bishop in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS), have confirmed their father sexually abused them as children.

The confirmation from Walton Hunter’s adult children provides further corroboration of what was reported in Justice Delayed, our initial 2-part investigation into claims of sexual abuse relating to former leadership in the LDS.

In part 2 of our investigation we focus on Walton Hunter — a friend of now-deceased former Mormon President Gordon B. Hinckley and a Bishop in the LDS — and claims that he sexually abused his own daughters. Hunter would eventually be excommunicated from his 2nd bishopship in San Jose, California as a result of these accusations.

The story of sexual and mental abuse at the hands of Walton Hunter is documented in the book Deliver us from Evil written by his adult daughter, Deborah Hunter-Marsh. Published in 2014 by Ms. Hunter-Marsh, the book seems to have gone largely unnoticed, a tragic example of forgotten abuse.

The book doubles as a personal diary with Deborah Hunter-Marsh sharing her father’s family history, his involvement with the church, and, of course, his constant sexual abuse of her and her sister Rebecca Kapp.

Now, the grown daughters of Walton Hunter remain steadfast in their claim that their father raped and molested them throughout their childhood.

In a phone call with Deborah Hunter-Marsh she confirms that her story as described in Deliver Us From Evil is accurate. Hunter-Marsh also confirmed that she was aware of the accusations against her father and Gordon B. Hinckley. She said she believes the accusations were true and Gordon B. Hinckley was guilty of “way more”.

When questioned about the choice not to mention Gordon B. Hinckley in her book, Hunter-Marsh said that close friends asked her not to mention Hinckley. She says the main focus was her father so she agreed to leave Hinckley out of the book.

When speaking with Rebecca Kapp on the phone she also confirmed the story of sexual abuse by her father. Regarding Gordon B. Hinckley, Kapp confirmed that she remembers seeing him at her father’s car lot often. She recalls Hinckley asking her father to go on a mission for the LDS when she was 15. Her father declined.

Kapp remains angry with her now-deceased father and mother for their role in sexually abusing her and Deborah, but also for the abuse of her own son.

Meadows, Powell called to testify in Georgia probe into alleged 2020 election meddling

Petitions request Meadows, Powell, and two others testify next month before special grand jury in Atlanta

Former Trump lawyer Sidney Powell and chief of staff Mark Meadows are now being called to testify in the investigation in Georgia on whether former President Trump and his allies illegally tried to influence the 2020 elections in the state.

Their testimony – along with that of former Trump campaign adviser Boris Epshtey and retired Army Col. James "Phil" Waldron – was requested Thursday in a petition filed in court by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is leading the investigation, according to the Associated Press.

The petitions request they testify next month before a special grand jury in Atlanta.

Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., are among at least five others who have already been called to testify.

Because none of them live in Georgia, Willis has to use a process that involves getting judges in their respective states to order them to appear, and the petitions are essentially precursors to subpoenas, the wire service also reports.

A Fulton County Superior Court judge overseeing the special grand jury has signed off on the petitions, saying each witness is a "necessary and material" to the probe.

Recently Uncovered Information Indicates Maricopa Audit Omitted the Biggest Issue Proving the 2020 Results Never Should Have Been Certified

The Maricopa Audit went on for months before the final reports and presentations were shared with the public in late September 2021. There was enough there to demand that the 2020 Election be decertified in the state. This was the case even with the largest issue missing from the reports.

America waited patiently for the results of the 2020 Election Audit in Maricopa County, Arizona. Then in late September, those involved in the audit released their reports. There was enough in these reports to demand that the 2020 Election results be decertified. The 2020 Election never should have been certified in the first place in multiple states.

Between the canvassing work and the issues identified in the reports from the audit, there were over 700,000 ballots or images that were identified in the audit or estimated in the canvassing work with issues.

The list we reported in our post below itemized these items identified in the work in Arizona.

But there was one major item that was not listed in the audit reports. This item should have stopped all work on the ballots and potentially saved hundreds of thousands of dollars. But it went unreported.

In the recent New Mexico audit, one of the individuals involved in New Mexico and Arizona audits reported that the ballots in Arizona when provided to the auditors in Maricopa County were nearly all in boxes where the seals had been broken.

In Maricopa County, Arizona, all the ballot boxes were unsealed when they were provided to the auditors.

This was shocking news because it was never reported in the audit reports from the audit work in Maricopa County. Also, if this is the case, the audit work on the ballots should have stopped and the entire batch should have been reported as tainted.

Any work on the ballots (i.e. the extra ballots identified for Joe Biden, etc…) should not have occurred nor been reported. The ballots were tainted.

TGP reported before the 2021 Maricopa audit that the ballots were taken from the Maricopa facility where they were housed and no one knows where they went. Chain of custody was busted at that moment. This was the opportune time to break into the ballot boxes.

The result of the ballots being tampered with was the story of the Maricopa Audit that never made the news. 2.1 million ballots were tampered with. Any work on the ballots from that point onward was basically wasted time. The results could never be relied on because the ballots were tampered with.

This was the biggest issue in the Arizona audit. This alone was more than enough justification to decertify the Arizona election in 2020. It was a major omission that was never reported.

California teacher's aide who had sex with a high school student will not have to serve prison time or register as a sex offender

A former teacher's aide in Fresno, California, will not have to go prison, even though she had a sexual relationship with a high school student who was then under 17.

In 2015, Theresa Ramirez, now 41, was working as a teacher's aide at Hoover High School when she was hired to tutor an unnamed 16-year-old student who had been diagnosed with ADHD. However, shortly after their tutoring sessions began, the relationship between the two turned sexual.

According to the allegations, Ramirez repeatedly drove the student to her apartment, often during school hours, and the two would have sex in her bedroom. She also had the student's friends over on several occasions, during which time, she served them alcohol and smoked marijuana with them.

Ramirez was then 35 years old.

At some point, the student reported the inappropriate relationship to another teacher's aide who then reported it to the authorities. Ramirez was arrested in 2016 and charged with three felony counts of unlawful sex with a minor, one felony count of oral copulation, and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

However, due to some difficulties in prosecuting the case, Ramirez will not have to serve any time in prison or register as a sex offender.

Prosecutor Adam Christopherson admitted that two of the witnesses who could testify to the events that transpired had gone missing. Additionally, the victim in the case had decided not to testify, since he now saw the situation as "difficult and embarrassing," Christopherson said.

In accord with a plea agreement arranged with the DA's office, Ramirez pled no contest to one felony count of unlawful sex with a minor. She was then sentenced to two years' probation and given a court order not to contact the victim. Under the circumstances, the victim and his family considered the outcome acceptable, Christopherson said.

Jane Boulger, Ramirez's attorney, read a statement in court on behalf of Ramirez, who was reportedly too emotional to speak. In the statement, Ramirez claimed that she was receiving counseling so that she "will never go down this road again." She also expressed regret for the pain that her actions had caused her family, especially her children.

Boulger admitted that Ramirez's sentence may seem "light," but that she has still paid a price from the community.

"[S]he has been imprisoned in another way," Boulger said.

The family of the victim has filed a civil suit against Ramirez and the Fresno Unified School District, a lawsuit which will recommence in October, now that the criminal case has been settled.
