Think the point anon is trying to make is that the Russian haters (clowns, M!6, rinos, dems etcetcetc) know that the ppl who live in that area are about to have an option to vote (?Sept 2022) to become part of Russia (for many living there Russian is their first language) so their desire to destroy that part of the county by creating a radioactive "accident" likely falls under a variation of "scorched earth" approach IMHO
