Correction: that is how a Republican Congress operates.
A Democrat Congress would have 24 hour speeches going on on the steps of the Capitol until the DOJ started putting people behind bars.
They would have US Marshalls or or their Sergeant-At-Arms grabbing suspects and hauling them off to dark sites.
