The Middle Class has to work to pay for it themselves, take out student loans, or join the military, in order to go to college.
But not all student loans go toward schooling.
Kids who get a "free ride" can still get student loans and use it for any "expenses" that they want. They could use it to buy a car, or liquor, or drugs, or whatever. No one cares what they spend the money on.
