Retired FBI boss disassembles Trump search warrant: Feds ‘going to regret this’

By John Solomon

Retired Assistant Director Kevin Brock says FBI didn't exhaust other means or appear to have established probable cause for search.

The FBI's former intelligence chief declared Friday the agency should not have criminalized the records dispute between Donald Trump and the National Archives and that the bureau appears to have failed to meet the probable cause standard for the invasive search of the former president's Florida estate.

"I think they're going to regret this," retired Assistant Director Kevin Brock told the "Just the News, Not Noise" television show after reviewing a heavily redacted affidavit the FBI used to persuade a judge to allow the Aug. 8 search at Mar-a-Lago.

Brock, ordinarily an ardent defender of his former agency, has raised concerns for several days that the bureau did not exhaust other means to resolve the dispute over presidential and alleged classified records Trump kept. He said he did not believe the FBI adequately considered the possibility that Trump had wide latitude to declassify records and declare them personal.

He said Friday his concerns were only heightened by the court-ordered release of the search warrant affidavit, which he noted was still heavily redacted.

"I will caveat all of this by saying we can only see what we can see, but the first thing that jumped out to me is that the probable cause statement focuses on the nature of the documents, and where they are," said Brock, a respected three-decade agent who rose to become the bureau's first intelligence chief under Director Robert Mueller. "But it doesn't, at least in the unredacted portion, address the main element of the criminal federal statutes that they cite.

"The FBI should not have participated in this investigation. It is something that needs to be settled along established routes in that regard that we traditionally used. There was no need for law enforcement involvement in this. And there was certainly no need for an invasive search for the residence. I think they're going to regret this."

Brock defends the agency often but has also criticized — like many — the bureau's failures in the Trump-Russia collusion probe. And his assessment about the Trump search earlier this month is certain to carry weight with agents inside the bureau as well as retirees.

He said the threshold the FBI should have met under its own standards for a search warrant was to show Trump had records he was not authorized to keep and that were illegal to possess.

Brock noted the affidavit even acknowledged the president had the power to declassify and did not call the documents in dispute classified but rather documents with classified markings.

"From what I can see, that's not established in the probable cause," he said. "And there's an allusion to the argument from the Trump advocates that the former president has was within his authority to declassify and to establish what a presidential record is."

Brock said if the redacted sections of the affidavit don't lay out evidence that Trump's possession of the documents was clearly illegal, then "basically we have a search of the man's residence without cause being stated as to why something illegal happened."

Asked if he were still in the FBI whether he would have authorized the search warrant, Brock answered: "No, frankly not."

"And it's puzzling to a lot of folks who have been involved in search warrants for much more serious disputes, in white collar crimes where these things are settled in attorneys' offices, and you don't have to go in with an invasive search, contrary to the attorney general's statement during his press conference that they've exhausted all other means," he continued.

Brock said the FBI could have continued with negotiations, given that Trump's team had returned requested documents at least twice before, or asked a judge to enforce a grand jury subpoena previously issued in the case.

"This is not anything that rises, or passes the no smile test, that rises to the level where you would actually do a search with armed agents of almost any other federal employee, let alone the former president of the United States," he said.

Steve Bannon on Trump Raid: It was a Defilement, a Ransacking – This was a Pre-Coup – He’s Got the Tapes. He Can Go on Offense Now (VIDEO 9:49)

The Biden regime released the affidavit today explaining their raid on Mar-a-Lago. The entire document was redacted as expected.

Former Trump Chief Strategist Steve Bannon weighed in on the latest actions by the lawless Justice Department on Friday night.

Steve Bannon called the raid a “defilement” and a “ransacking,” which it was.

Bannon called on the Trump administration to go on offense and release the security tapes.

Steve Bannon: It’s obviously a massive cover-up that’s going to make Watergate, that’s going to dwarf Watergate. It’s going to dwarf Watergate. Because now you have a national security state that’s turned itself not just on the American people but a President of the United States. We are rapidly going into banana republic territory… He’s got the tapes. He can go on offense now. This Justice Department is so corrupt. We have never seen anything like this. And on the world stage, I was talking to people all day today, they are shocked that this could happen to the United States. This is what happens in third-world countries… It was a defilement. It was a ransacking. And they did this on purpose. This is a pre-coup. And what they want to do is show MAGA that they’re in charge and that no matter what happens this November. No natter what happens on November 8th, they’re in charge.

According to numerous sources, the security cameras a Mar-a-Lago were kept on during the raid and captured the FBI agents with the Biden regime behaving badly.

Via Newsweek.

Eric Trump said that the security cameras at Mar-a-Lago caught FBI agents behaving improperly during Monday’s raid, alleging that investigators were accessing parts of former President Donald Trump’s Florida residence that they “shouldn’t have been.”

In an interview with DailyMail.com, Eric Trump said that because staff refused to turn off the surveillance cameras at the request of the FBI, the Mar-a-Lago cameras captured agents raiding areas that they weren’t authorized to…

…Eric Trump said that the FBI refused to give Trump’s lawyer, Christina Bobb, a copy of the search warrant but “showed it to her from about 10 feet away,” DailyMail.com reported. He also said he would be “thrilled” to find out if there was a valid reason for the search.

EXCELLENT: Former Law Clerk for Justice Gorsuch Lays Out Why the Mar-a-Lago Raid Based on Today’s Affidavit Was “Unprecedented…Unnecessary, and…Unlawful”

Attorney and former Constitutional Law Clerk for Justice Gorsuch, Mike Davis, lays out three reasons why the DOJ’s actions in raiding President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago were unprecedented, not necessary, and not lawful.

Davis shared on FOX News today:

Yeah, so this affidavit, heavily redacted affidavit, it further evidences that this home raid on President Trump was unprecedented, it was unnecessary, and it was unlawful.

Again, what I have been saying since August 8th, the President has the absolute Constitutional authority to declassify anything he wants for any reason he wants and he doesn’t have to get permission from any bureaucrat at the National Archives to do that…so there goes the underlying potential charge for espionage that was in this warrant.

TRENDING: President Trump Releases One of His Best and Shortest Statements Yet

The second point, the President has the sole statutory authority to make the determination whether a record is a personal record that belongs to him or a Presidential record that goes to the bureaucrats at the National Archives and almost certainly gets sent back to the President…

Note this is the ruling brought by Obama judge Amy Berman Jackson, the corrupt judge in DC who made this ruling to help the Clintons.

Next, Davis shared:

So what is left? They’re looking at obstruction. Well it is legally impossible for a former President to obstruct investigations into non-crimes. But the Justice Department did not have the power to even look at these crimes because it doesn’t matter what the affidavit discloses in the affidavit, no matter what that shows, as a matter of law it is legally impossible for President Trump to have committed espionage or have violated some Presidential records act.

The Presidential records act actually contemplates that Presidents have classified records…There’s no allegations that any of these records got into the wrong hands unlike Hillary Clinton’s home server where she had foreign governments hack the most highly classified secrets in our government and she didn’t get an FBI raid so what was so urgent that caused the Biden Justice Department to go get these records?

And I think it’s because President Trump declassified and made personal his copy of the Crossfire Hurricane records, the Russian collusion records and the Biden Justice Department never made them public because they are so damning on Obama, Hillary, Clinton, the FBI and the Intel community…

DoJ Quietly Confirms Ashley Biden Diary Detailing ‘Inappropriate Showers With Dad’ Is Real

The mainstream media have been suggesting Ashley Biden’s diary is fake news, but the Department of Justice has just charged two people with conspiring to traffic the diary in which the Joe Biden’s daughter details her experience of having “inappropriate showers” with her father as a young girl.

The charges are the first to come from an FBI investigation into how the diary made it into the hands of James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas prior to the 2020 presidential election.

Leaked diary entries belonging to Ashley Biden reveal she was sexually molested as a child and holds a deep resentment towards her father – Joe Biden.

The confirmation of the existence of the journal means the mainstream media has been exposed attempting to cover for the Biden family for the second time. The media and fact checkers attempted to convince the public the Hunter Biden laptop story was fake news and Russian disinformation before the 2020 election, only for the truth to finally emerge this year.

Aimee Harris, 40, of Palm Beach, and Jonathan Kurlander, 58, of Jupiter, both pled guilty to a charge of conspiracy stemming from their selling of the journal, the US Attorney’s Office in Manhattan said in a statement.

“Harris and Kurlander stole personal property from an immediate family member of a candidate for national political office,” Damian Williams, the US Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement, according to Politico.

“They sold the property to an organization in New York for $40,000 and even returned to take more of the victim’s property when asked to do so. Harris and Kurlander sought to profit from their theft of another person’s personal property, and they now stand convicted of a federal felony as a result.”

Post Millennial report: Both pleaded guilty as part of an agreement with prosecutors. Each face a maximum possible sentence of five years in prison.

Project Veritas said that it paid for the rights to publish the diary but that they never published it because they couldn’t authenticate it.

The FBI obtained search warrants for O’Keefe’s home, along with two of his colleagues. No one has been charged, though O’Keefe has been vocal in his denouncing of the raids and has said that they are an attack on press freedom.

In November of last year, Project Veritas’ O’Keefe released a video explaining what had happened, including details on how they came into contact with a copy of the Biden daughter’s diary.

“Late last year, we were approached by tipsters claiming they had a copy of Ashley Biden’s diary,” said O’Keefe.

“We had never met or heard of the tipsters. The tipsters indicated the diary had been abandoned in a room in which Ms. Biden stayed at the time, and in which the tipsters stayed in temporarily, after Miss Biden departed the room,” he continued. “The tipsters indicated that the diary included explosive allegations against then-candidate Joe Biden.”

O’Keefe stated that the tipsters had also been in negotiations with another media outlet for a sum of money to obtain the diary.

“We investigated the claims provided to us as journalists do. We took steps to corroborate the authenticity of the diary. At the end of the day, we made the ethical decision that because in part we could not determine if the diary was real, if the diary in fact belonged to Ashley Biden, or if the contents of the diary occurred, we could not publish the diary in any part thereof,” he said.

Senators Demand NIH, HHS Preserve All Fauci Related Documents & Communications

Two sentaors have formally requested that the National Institutes of Health and the US Department of Health and Human Services preserve all documents and communications related to Dr Anthony Fauci.

Their request was made the day after Dr. Fauci announced that he plans to step down from his government posts in December

The Defender reports: In a letter to HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) demanded Becerra “immediately confirm” that HHS is preserving all records related to Fauci and Dr. Francis Collins, who was director of the NIH from August 2009 to December 2021.

“This request applies to all documents, records, memoranda, research, correspondence, or other communication or any portion thereof relevant to any involvement of Dr. Fauci or Dr. Collins,” the letter stated.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), in a letter to Lawrence Tabak, D.D.S., Ph.D., acting director of the NIH, asked Tabak to “ensure the preservation of all documents and communications within Dr. Fauci’s possession related to his tenure at the National Institutes of Health (NIH).”

Marshall stressed that it is “imperative” that all HHS workers are made aware of their “legal responsibilities to collect, retain, and preserve all documents, communications, and other records in accordance with federal law.”

He also reminded Tabak of his obligation, as the head of HHS, to ensure the preservation of all records and that any employee “who conceals, destroys, or attempts to conceal or destroy a federal record may be subject to fine and imprisonment for up to three years.”

Marshall pointed out that HHS previously refused to provide information to Congress:

“HHS and component agencies, including NIH in particular, continue to obstruct numerous congressional investigations through refusal to provide responsive information.

“In addition to withholding information from Congress, private parties note that NIH refuses to comply with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests until forced to do so by court order.”

Marshall went on to list “recent egregious examples” of NIH’s failure to meet record-keeping requirements and said that “even one” such example “should instigate immediate oversight action by HHS.”

Marshall’s letter outlined four “notable recent concerns” with NIH’s record-keeping, including past accusations that NIH destroyed records, potential conflicts of interest within the HHS Office of Inspector General, NIH’s practice of “self-policing” and NIH’s failure to ensure required reporting of clinical trial results.

‘Fauci’s resignation will not prevent full-throated investigation into origins of pandemic’ — Rand Paul

Paul, in his letter to Tabak, also emphasized the need to preserve NIH documents for investigation purposes.

Paul wrote:

“This information is critical to ensure that Congress has access to information necessary to conduct proper oversight regarding events that took place during Dr. Fauci’s tenure with the agency.

“Specifically, I request you preserve all records, e-mail, electronic documents, and data created by or shared with Dr. Fauci during his tenure at NIH that relate to COVID-19 including, but not limited to, NIAID-funded coronavirus research.”

In an email today, Paul told The Defender:

“Dr. Fauci misled the American people on public health guidance throughout the pandemic, lied to Congress under oath, and funneled tax dollars to fund dangerous research in communist China.

“The American people deserve transparency and accountability from the NIH regarding the COVID-19 pandemic regardless of Dr. Fauci’s future employment plans.”

On Monday, Paul tweeted, “Fauci’s resignation will not prevent a full-throated investigation into the origins of the pandemic. He will be asked to testify under oath regarding any discussions he participated in concerning the lab leak.”

Scientists Warn That Vaccinated Blood Is ‘Tainted Blood’

Everybody who has been ‘fully jabbed’ for Covid-19 now has tainted blood marked by mysterious particles of various sizes and shapes, scientists have discovered.

According to new research published in the International Journal of Vaccine Theory, Practice, and Research (IJVTPR), the study, which began in March 2021, looked at blood samples from 1,006 patients who received the jab, and who subsequently developed various disorders.

Naturalnews.com reports: All of the patients received the mRNA (messenger RNA) injection from Pfizer and BioNTech, which supposedly contain the least amount of actual spike protein from SARS-CoV-2 – though we know these mRNA shots cause the body to manufacture its own spike protein. (Related: Remember when Pfizer tried to rebrand its shot to make it more attractive to potential recipients?)

Pfizer’s covid shots contain an array of foreign components that the Italian researchers described as “metallic objects.” One of them is believed to be graphene, a conductive metal used in radio frequency electronics.

Of the 1,006 cases analyzed, a mere 58 of them, or 5.77 percent, showed normal hematology upon microscopic analysis – meaning the blood was healthy. The other 94.23 percent of samples were discovered to be loaded with foreign objects “of unclear origin.”

“Aggregation of erythrocytes were highlighted and exogenous point-like and self-luminescent particles in the dark-field were detected,” the paper explains. “The luminescence of those particles was markedly higher than that of oxygenated red blood cell walls.”

“The 948 cases, showed tubular / fibrous formations and frequently also crystalline and lamellar formations with extremely complex but consistently similar morphologies across all of the patients with abnormal blood samples.”

Everyone who got shot with Pfizer now has foreign, “transitioned” blood

The work replicates that of a team of Korean doctors that earlier analyzed a much larger sampling of jabbed blood and made similar discoveries. In short, these are anything but traditional “vaccines,” and are arguably not vaccines at all.

“What seems plain enough is that metallic particles resembling graphene oxide and possibly other metallic compounds, like those discovered by Gatti and Montanari (Montanari & Gatti, 2016; Gatti & Montanari, 2012, 2017, 2018), have been included in the cocktail of whatever the manufacturers have seen fit to put in the so-called mRNA ‘vaccines,’” the paper continues.

“In our experience as clinicians, these mRNA injections are very unlike traditional ‘vaccines’ and their manufacturers need, in our opinions, to come clean about what is in the injections and why it is there.”

Interestingly, the study uses the word “transition” to describe the state of a person’s blood before and after the injections. Before the transition, the blood looked and had “perfect normalcy … with accompanying haemolysis,” while after the transition there was “visible packing and stacking of red blood cells in conjunction with the formation of gigantic conglomerate foreign structures, some of them appearing as graphene-family super-structures.”

Calling this change “unprecedented,” the researchers conclude that transitioned blood, meaning vaccinated blood, “is incompatible with normal blood flow, especially at the level of the capillaries.”

“There seems to be nothing good about these jabs,” wrote a commenter about the study’s findings. “Stay well naturally.”

“First they pushed the jabs, now they are REALLY pushing the bugs,” wrote another, skeptical about the new pro-cricket-eating campaign. “What’s the chemical composition of a cricket? Can eating bugs ‘feed’ the clots?”

“COVID-5G all along – I told you!” remarked another about how the jabbed are now walking frequency transmission “towers.”

“The metal components are probably self-assembling into some sort of Bluetooth transmitter and receiver,” added another, speculating as to the nature of this transition that the fully vaxxed are going through.

Trump Derangement Syndrome Is Going To Get Worse

Never in my lifetime have so many people been so obsessed with one man.

People despised Nixon; they cheered or reviled Reagan, and they revered or dismissed Obama, but none of those responses comes close to the mania attached to Donald Trump. I mean the hate side, not the adoration. The former feeling and the cult it spawns dwarfs the latter. Liberals mock the idol worship they find among Trump’s supporters, but while Trumpists smile and cheer and vote for the man, liberals abhor him with a passion three times as fierce. It’s visceral, fanatical, knee-jerk. If nearly the entire psychology profession didn’t suffer from the condition to greater or lesser degrees, it would be a likely subject for diagnosis, particularly given the unself-conscious way in which the victims of Trump Derangement Syndrome act out their animus.

It doesn’t occur to the diseased ones to ask why they can’t get the Orange-Haired Man out of their heads. They hate him; they loathe him; they fear him . . . We get it nonstop; we hear them; they can’t stop saying so. But the expression doesn’t bring them any relief—not that we can see. Their exasperation only grows and sputters. Voicing what one feels deep inside is supposed to ease the feeling, to externalize it and let the anger, love, bitterness, joy, etc. flow, not be dammed up within. One of Freud’s patients called it “the Talking Cure,” when he asked her to speak, just speak of anything that pops into her mind, and she and other patients found that they did feel a little better once the session concluded.

But those with TDS don’t. He lingers in their heads. Like a bad penny, he won’t go away. Nothing that has happened has “disappeared” him. Jeb Bush couldn’t beat him, nor could Hillary, the Mueller Team, Avenatti and Stormy, Vindman and House Democrats, or The Washington Post, NPR, and MSNBC. Not even the 2020 defeat, January 6th, and Liz Cheney’s hearings have removed him from the body politic. If anything, the Mar-a-Lago raid will only ensure his continuance. Martyrs have sticking power. The prospect of Trump 2024 appears ever more likely, and if the inconceivable happened once (November 2016), it can happen again.

If Trumpist candidates for Congress do well in the midterms, the agony will only intensify. The media’s reaction as the results of that dark day six years ago unfolded was shock and incredulity. This time, if Republicans take the House and lots of Trumpy types prevail, we will see a different reaction. Liberal elites now know that “it can happen here,” which leads them past incredulity and toward resolve.

He must be stopped! He and his enablers are demons, cretins, bigots, and monsters. They are not fellow citizens and ordinary Americans. They are something else—odd, frightening, unenlightened, vandals, and barbarians. I have seen liberals of sterling egalitarian profile speak of the ones who go to Trump rallies in terms one usually reserves for bugs in the woodwork. Now, in 2022, liberals and progressives and Never Trumpers believe they have tolerated these dunces and villains long enough. They’re out of patience. No more generosity, no more pluralism.

Hence, it’s OK with them to withhold from Trump the rights of free speech, due process, innocence-until-proven-guilty. It is downright extraordinary to see how liberals have flipped on principle now that Trump and his backers have persisted. The intelligence agencies liberals used to suspect and decry earn liberal praise when they target the ex-president. Traditional liberal sympathy with the working class dissipates when Trump wins the lion’s share of that voting bloc. Liberals flatter themselves as cosmopolitical and nonjudgmental, able to mingle with diverse others, jumping from culture to subculture with relaxed facility. But put them amidst a group of MAGA souls and the blood pressure rises—they can’t converse, and any escape route will do.

It would be laughable if not for the power of the cancel. Irrationality rightly gets shuttled off for professional help, but when college students stomp into their president’s office irate at an essay a professor wrote against woke activism, and the president bows and commiserates, the tantrum worked. When a corporate chain bends to a few Twitter posts demanding that produce be withdrawn from its shelves because it’s offensive to the posters, the spirit of the First Amendment is broken.

If you think satan is not lucifer, then you bought into the lie. Simple as that.

It´s God vs satan and lucifer, good vs evil, and yeah, evil is everywhere.

The twin snakes are satan and lucifer.

..and don´t presume you know. You don´t. It´s a lie.

I haven´t mentioned the book. I dont take it literally, neither should you.

It´s a question of free will. You can be self-absorbed, which easily can lead to evil things, or you can be with God, not living for your own interest. That´s the difference between good and evil. The choice is yours. The light is God, the dark is not god, and it doesn´t matter if you call it satan or lucifer.

No.

The Creator is the light, the creation is the dark.

What do you think 'God´s kingdom is not of this world' means?

You can realise that you are also of God, you are made in his image, a spark of God, a child of God.

i.e. you don´t have a soul, you are a soul and you have a body.

The creation is where your body is, your ego, your life.

The lie is that there is good and bad in the creation. It´s not, and the lie keeps you from realising that. That is the purpose of the lie, and it´s a very clever lie, but a lie nevertheless.

There is physical light, as in sunlight, and there is light, as in light vs darkness.

Two different things.

God is not of this world = sunlight is not the light of God, sunlight is physical light of this world.
