Student debt forgiveness was a soft rollout of the Jubilee. Those 87k newly armed IRS agents about to be sworn in aren't to harass the middle-class, but protect field offices from deranged people that will scream "it is our civic duty to be taxed on our labor" once the federal imcome tax gets axed.
