CONFIRMED: FBI Colluded With Big Tech To Prevent Voters From Learning About Hunter Biden’s Laptop

By: Tristan Justice

August 26, 2022

Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg admitted that Facebook algorithmically suppressed stories about Hunter Biden’s laptop during the 2020 election at the request of the FBI weeks before the November contest.

Speaking on Joe Rogan’s podcast on Thursday, Zuckerberg said the FBI approached employees at the tech giant to warn that the laptop was a vehicle of Russian interference.

“The FBI basically came to us and spoke to some folks on our team and was like, ‘Hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert. We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda on the 2016 election. We have it on notice that basically there’s about to be some kind of dump similar to that,'” Zuckerberg said. The CEO did not say precisely when the discussion took place.

In mid-October, the New York Post published content from the abandoned laptop revealing that then-candidate Joe Biden had been lying when he repeatedly claimed that he never spoke business with his son, “or with anyone else.” Emails found on the hard drive also showed that the former vice president stood to personally profit from Hunter’s business dealings thanks to close affiliates with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

Moments after the stories broke, Facebook promptly announced through a corporate spokesman, who was previously a Democratic operative, that the company would be “reducing its distribution on our platform” pending verification by third-party fact-checkers.

“I think it was 5 to 7 days when it was basically being determined whether it was false,” Zuckerberg said, without disclosing which third parties conducted the network’s so-called fact check. “Fewer people saw it than would have otherwise.”

“We just kind of thought if the FBI, which I still view as a legitimate institution in this country — it’s like very professional law enforcement — they come to us and tell us we need to be on guard about something, then I want to take that seriously,” Zuckerberg added, six years after the FBI orchestrated a failed hoax to indict President Donald Trump as a Russian agent.

At the same time, the FBI was actively working to suppress information surrounding Hunter Biden’s laptop internally as disinformation.

On Wednesday, Wisconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson published a whistleblower report from bureau officials who claim that agency leaders instructed agents to ignore the laptop’s contents.

“After the FBI obtained the Hunter Biden laptop from the Wilmington, DE computer shop, these whistleblowers stated that local FBI leadership told employees, ‘you will not look at that Hunter Biden laptop’ and thatthe FBI is ‘not going to change the outcome of the election again*,'” Johnson wrote in a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray. “Further, these whistleblowers allege that the FBI did not begin to examine the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop until after the 2020 presidential election — potentially a year after the FBI obtained the laptop in December 2019.”

Johnson’s report comes a month after another whistleblower report was published by Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley’s office with similar claims that agency officials provided cover for the Biden family.

The revelations of misconduct, combined with an unprecedented raid of a former president earlier this month, have tanked public confidence in the federal law enforcement agency. According to a Trafalgar poll out Wednesday that was shared exclusively with The Federalist, even a plurality of independents has lost trust in the Department of Justice and the FBI.

*This means to me, that the FBI knew that the cheating and rigging of the election was happening, and they were not going to stop a crime in progress, because it suited their needs, “get rid of Trump”, and they forbade their agents from looking at mass corruption that should have made Bidan ineligible to be president forever. This wasn’t a statement we don’t want to get harassed again, this was saying, “we are participating in the coup because Trump is a pain in the ass and he will take FBI leadership down, and we can’t have that. Reread that statement, because the FBI is criticized all the time, and they always seem to make it through, they had their own motive for not enforcing the law.

Utah Sues Biden Administration Over Aggressive Land Grab At Two National Monuments

By: Tristan Justice

August 25, 2022

Utah and two of its rural counties filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration Wednesday over the White House’s move to radically expand a pair of national monuments in the southern half of the state.

Last fall, President Joe Biden unilaterally restored the Obama-era boundaries for a pair of national monuments in southern Utah that were trimmed down by President Donald Trump in 2017 under recommendations from state leaders. Biden’s reversal of Trump’s decision restored Bears Ears National Monument to its former size of more than 1.3 million acres and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument to more than 1.8 million acres.

Wednesday’s lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Utah, argues Biden’s order claiming millions of acres under federal jurisdiction violated guidelines in the law which allow presidents to protect sites considered historically, geographically, or culturally significant.

The Monuments and Antiquities Act of 1906 was first used by President Theodore Roosevelt to preserve the Wyoming monument at Devil’s Tower from looting and destruction. A key parameter in the law mandates that the land to go under protection be “the smallest area compatible with the proper care and management of the objects to be protected.” The provision was intended to keep presidents from abusing the law for the sweeping creation of quasi-national parks in the absence of congressional approval.

“Consistent with that plain text, the Act was originally understood to authorize the president to make ‘small reservations’ that would include ‘only so much land as may be absolutely necessary for the preservation of those interesting relics of prehistoric times,'” the lawsuit reads. “The Act does not authorize the president to declare entire landscapes as national monuments.”

To comply with the law’s requirement to preserve the “smallest area compatible,” President Trump relinquished more than 2 million acres from the two monuments that were placed under protection by President Barack Obama. The 800,000 acres stripped from Grand Staircase still maintained federal protection as designated wilderness, allowing the land to be used for hunting and grazing. The area placed back under monumental status at Bears Ears is larger than neighboring Zion and Bryce Canyon national parks combined. All Indian relics pertinent to the two sites maintained federal protection under Trump.

In a joint statement released upon the filing of the lawsuit, the state’s congressional delegation, the governor’s office, and statehouse leadership condemned Biden’s reversal of Trump’s decision as “abusive federal overreach” and complained the size of the monuments make them “unmanageable.”

“These public lands and sacred sites are a stewardship that none of us take lightly,” state leaders wrote. “The archeological, paleontological, religious, recreational, and geologic values need to be harmonized and protected. Rather than guarding those resources, President Biden’s unlawful designations place them all at greater risk.”

In March, North America’s largest outdoor trade show, Outdoor Retailer, announced it would return its programming to Salt Lake City after a five-year stint in Denver to protest state leaders’ move to trim the two monuments. The biannual trade show historically draws 50,000 visitors and $45 million in annual revenue.

Remember when Obama started stealing state land, I had no idea why, now with farming and other valuable uses of the land, I now think Obama started the deprivation of states and farms from supporting themselves and the nation.Did Bureau of Land Management find valuable minerals on that land, there's something that made them important to the federal government
