I wonder if they go to the homes of everyone who buys alcohol and also owns a car because they might drink and drive…so they should sign zee papers and give them either the alcohol or the cars so they don't have to arrest them later for DUI.
This is official misconduct. Their is no predictive probable cause. Either a crime is committed or not. Buying an axe legally isn't a preparatory act to becoming Lizzy Borden.
They pull this shit on a bored lawyer or judge and some examples will be made. Expensive ones. This is unconstitutional.
