How can FBI claim to have consistent system when it is outputting a >50% redacted 'affidavit' with "we can withhold information from who we are accusing' (POTUS) and SIMULTANEOUSLY the CONTENT of the affidavit accusation is withholding information from the accuser that is accusing POTUS of withholding intelligence information that is itself an accusation withholding of intelligence that withholds information in the accusation against POTUS of withholding information that itself withholds information…etc…etc…etc.

As if it is consistent for an accusation of withholding information from the accuser who is itself withholding information from the accused.
This is checkmate, because the constitution vests UNILATERAL AUTHORITY of what US government information is to be classified as what. The 'statutes' the FBI is citing do not apply to the POTUS.
This is also why the Founders designed the role of POTUS to be DIRECTLY ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE.
There always needs to be at least ONE direct connection between SOURCE and RECEIVER to DECLASS the information about any political system implementing a DIVISION of information between 'intelligence' and 'law enforcement'.
The FBI does not have more constitutional authority over information of the 'abject other' than POTUS.
If the FBI/DOJ accuses POTUS of what the FBI/DOJ is itself doing, WITHHOLDING INTELLIGENCE INFORMATION, then the constitution is clear that POTUS, not the FBI, not the DOJ, has FINAL authority over the 'classification' (TYPE) of ANY US government information.
