By definition Q is a psyop. Impossible to know who is running Q. The message seems to be positive, but you don't lure masses without hope… We are so desperate for someone to save us, those of us in the know. It could EASILY be a final move for the cabal. Everything is already set up to catch all of the people that don't buy the propaganda.
It could also be that Q is legit, honorable, and we're winning. We wouldn't know for sure either way.
