i like this theory.
problem i have is that this board does something weird with hyphen/minus symbol.

— this is three minus signs
the board compresses three minus signs into a dash. did Q write an obscure em-dash on purpose, or know that the board compressed it, or intend to write - - - - 23 (without spaces)?
T-23 makes perfect sense.
but muh plausible deniability.
(i say this, because as i've illustrated in the past, there are two crumb instances where a line of 34 hyphens and one instance where a line of 33 hyphens was condensed, possibly by accident)
