'Fraudulent' death certificate data at heart of college COVID mandate lawsuit

Vaccine mandates rely on CDC guidance based on state data that conflate deaths "with" and "of" COVID, removed law student claims.

Colleges lost the CDC this month as their all-purpose excuse for restrictive COVID-19 regimes that treat vaccinated students preferentially, but they might lose another excuse if a Massachusetts lawsuit moves forward.

A student kicked out of the private Massachusetts School of Law for refusing COVID vaccination is suing Republican Gov. Charlie Baker, the state public health commissioner and medical examiners for feeding allegedly fraudulent data to the feds, which used the data to help devise COVID guidance adopted by his school.

Many Massachusetts death certificates for people who died of other causes "wrongly list 'COVID-19' as a cause of death" when the virus "had no causal relationship" other than a positive test, John Paul Beaudoin Sr., who is representing himself, alleges in the Aug. 22 suit.

He lists examples, including 7-year-old Cassidy Baracka, whose Jan. 18 death was blamed on COVID complications. Beaudoin claims he tracked down a Jan. 15 report referring to Baracka in the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System, which said the child first became seriously ill "5min post vaccination." He posted the lawsuit and select exhibits on his personal website.

"All these fraudulent misrepresentations aggregate to support a false narrative" that has hurt Beaudoin and society by "convincing institutions to coerce people under color of law to take an experimental biological product," the suit says.

Beaudoin is already suing MSLaw, which ignored his religious exemption request and "four pre-existing health issues consistent with thousands" of COVID vaccine reports in VAERS. But he needs the court to act against the state to prevent other law schools from conditioning his enrollment on vaccination, the suit says.

The CDC's COVID-specific changes to death certificate reporting, which critics argue inflated the pandemic's official death toll, have been challenged since the early days of the pandemic, but few elected officials have taken an interest.

One exception is Oregon lawmakers who asked their U.S. attorney to convene a federal grand jury investigation into COVID statistical manipulation.

Massachusetts is already known nationally for bad statistics on COVID infection rates. It was one of three states named in a New York Times article in summer 2020 where officials discovered viral loads were too small to be infectious in up to 90% of "positives," likely because RT-PCR cycle thresholds were set too high.

This is the second federal suit against Massachusetts officials by the hearing-impaired Beaudoin, who enrolled in law school in 2020 after a 30-year career in semiconductors. He unsuccessfully challenged the state mask mandate on various grounds, including that "efficacy of face coverings is unsupported by science" and it prevented him from reading lips in communicating with others, according to a March 2021 dismissal order.

Experts ‘Baffled’ As 30 Young, Healthy Fully Jabbed Doctors Suddenly Drop Dead

Young, healthy doctors are dropping like flies in Canada, and the only thing they appear to have in common is the Covid jab forced upon them by the tyrannical Trudeau regime.

Steve Kirsh reports: But the 2019 numbers are misleading because it reflects only part of 2019. The full number was probably around 170 for the year. So the number of doctor deaths in 2021 seems to be about double normal, but more troubling is the age of death. I’m working on a full analysis and will publish the spreadsheet so you can see this for yourself.

They’ve removed earlier deaths because, according to the CMA, it was “too hard to maintain” that data. That makes no sense. So they just show recent deaths. But nothing since the latest booster rolled out in Canada to the doctors. Why? It’s because they’ve “been really busy with other projects.” So they claim they aren’t concealing anything. That’s nice to know that it’s just a resource problem.

What the data says is troubling and it’s in plain sight and it is easy for anyone to verify. I’m sure the CMA will eventually be able to look at it when they have more resources. It’s pretty important since it’s killing the doctors that the CMA is supposed to protect. I’m not sure what is more important than that.

Remember my article about my Canadian doctor friend who told me that he can’t recall any young doctor dying in Canada in the last 30 years? It turns out he was right on the money. You can look at the 2019 and 2020 data that is still available on the site showing that the doctors who are dying are almost always 85 or older.

So how can there now be over 30 deaths of young doctors in Canada who died shortly after the vax shots? I know this from a very reliable source; the details of those deaths will be released in about a week from now.

As you can see from the CMA death notices, that rate of death for young doctors is pretty much non-existent. So there must be something that all these doctors had in common that killed them. It would have to be particularly deadly to kill these young healthy doctors. The time of death is strongly correlated with the vaccine shot. It appears that all the people who died young were vaccinated recently. Hmmm….

I wonder what that could be? The Canadian health authorities are stumped.

Jet2 Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Greece After Pilot Reportedly “Fainted” During Flight

On Tuesday, a pilot reportedly “fainted” at 30,000 feet, prompting the plane to make an emergency landing in Greece, according to reports.

A Jet2 flight from Birmingham, England to Antalya, Turkey, made an emergency landing in Greece due to what the airline called a “medical emergency,” according to Birmingham Live.

“One fuming passenger claimed the ordeal had delayed the start of their holiday by eight hours. They said their family of four was given a €15 euro voucher each which covered a “basic meal,” the outlet reported. According to passengers, Jet2 does not compensate for delays due to medical emergencies.

The flight was rerouted as a “precautionary measure,” according to a representative from Jet2.

“Flight LS1239 from Birmingham to Antalya diverted to Thessaloniki Airport as a precautionary measure on Tuesday (August 23) due to one of the pilots feeling unwell. A replacement crew were flown to Thessaloniki so that we could get customers on their way to Antalya that same evening,” Jet2 spokesperson said.

“We communicated this to our customers as soon as possible, and our teams worked extremely hard to look after everyone. We would like to apologize to anyone affected by this unforeseen delay,” it added.

The incident happened on August 23. And the passenger told Birmingham Live how the ordeal started when the plane hit some turbulence.

They said: “While we were all [seated] we noticed something was going on at the front of the plane. We thought someone had hurt themselves in the toilet while experiencing turbulence.

“We were told we were landing in Greece due to a medical emergency on board. We weren’t told what part.”

The delayed traveller said staff did “all they could” to keep people updated in the airport – but not before they were stuck on the runway in Thessaloniki for more than an hour waiting for an ambulance to arrive. Stewards reportedly informed flyers the pilot had “fainted” – but medical emergencies are not covered in Jet2’s compensation policy.

“People were worried as we’d just been through turbulence and we didn’t know what was happening,” the traveller added. “[Passengers] then got frustrated as once we were off the plane no one was updating us. The crew were amazing but once in the airport it was chaos.”

There has been an increase in the number of times that the pilot has fainted or fallen asleep.

Commercial aviation news site Aviation Herald reported that two pilots on a flight from Sudan to Ethiopia last week had apparently fallen asleep and missed their landing.

“The incident took place on board an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 737-800 en route from Khartoum to Addis Ababa, the report said, “when the pilots fell asleep” and “the aircraft continued past the top of descent,” according to CNN.

New York Times Editorial Board Calls for Indictment of President Trump on Made-Up Charges

The far-left knuckleheads on the New York Times Editorial Board believe they should administer law in the United State. They claim President Trump should be arrested based on made-up charges.

The idiots at the New York Times, the Deep State’s one-stop shop for dropping garbage on the Democrat Party’s political enemies, have decided that they are the purveyors of justice in the US.

These corrupt actors pushed Russia collusion garbage for years and they believe they can lecture us on what is truth and what is a lie. This is the definition of insanity.

The New York Times editorial board called on Attorney General Merrick Garland to seek an indictment of former President Trump if “sufficient evidence” exists to establish his guilt “on a serious charge.”

The board argued in a piece published Friday that, “Mr. Trump’s unprecedented assault on the integrity of American democracy requires a criminal investigation” following the Jan. 6 select committee hearings and news of the Justice Department’s search of Trump’s Palm Beach, Fla., home for classified documents.

“This board is aware that in deciding how Mr. Trump should be held accountable under the law it is necessary to consider not just whether criminal prosecution would be warranted but whether it would be wise.”

The far-left and corrupted board claims President Trump should be arrested for crimes they can’t explain:

The board argued that despite the risks of violence that could stem from the criminal indictment of Trump, it is warranted and wise, because Trump has “brought shame” to America and “destabilized its future” with his alleged crimes.

The editorial, titled, “Donald Trump Is Not Above the Law,” began with the clear declaration: “Mr. Trump’s unprecedented assault on the integrity of American democracy requires a criminal investigation.”

The editorial board agreed that, “The disturbing details of his postelection misfeasance, meticulously assembled by the Jan. 6 committee, leaves little doubt that Mr. Trump sought to subvert the Constitution and overturn the will of the American people.”

It’s as if crooked cop Peter Strzok and serial liar Adam Schiff joined hands with other corrupt actors to try to destroy President Trump and his movement.

The US Constitution be damned, the Deep State can do whatever it wants. They can steal elections, perform coups, kill Trump supporters protesting a stolen election, indict people on false charges and hold them in jail for years with no court dates. These Trump supporters then face trials in front of DC and New York kangaroo courts. All the while they label good Americans what the Deep State actually is – fascist.

Americans are tired of the corrupt actors in the government and the media against innocent Americans.

WAYNE ROOT: Here is Who is to Blame for the Covid Vaccine Disaster and Coverup. Hint: It’s Not President Donald J. Trump.

Every day it becomes more clear what a disaster the Covid vaccine is. Data from all over the world is showing proof that those who are vaccinated are much sicker, more often hospitalized, and dying in far higher numbers than the unvaccinated.

In both Europe and the USA, the mortality data clearly shows a massive, never-before-seen-in-world-history, increase in non-Covid deaths since literally the day the vaccine mandates started.

In the beginning, I was one of the only radio and TV hosts pointing out what a disaster this was and how terrible the early results were. But I sure was feeling mighty lonely. Most conservative TV and radio hosts went along with the fraud. Of course, it turns out their networks were paid millions of dollars to coverup the deadly results from the Covid vaccine.

Now suddenly everyone is waking up from an almost two-year slumber. The lightbulbs are going off. Conservative talk star Dan Bongino just days ago called getting the vaccine “the biggest regret of my life.” He now realizes he has a ticking timebomb in his body that could cripple or kill him sometime soon. He regrets getting it. He regrets ever encouraging his fans and listeners to get it.

Tucker Carlson has gone from warning the Covid vaccine doesn’t work and it’s a huge failure, to reporting dramatically rising death rates in countries all over the world. He even reported data that shows you’re much more likely to die if you’re vaccinated versus unvaccinated.

When everyone around you is vaccinated and dying, I guess there comes a point where it’s hard to avoid admitting there’s a disaster going on. So now even Democrats are starting to talk about vaccine deaths and injuries. But guess who they’re blaming?

Democrats live by the saying, “Never let a crisis go to waste.” So now they’re starting to blame President Trump. Right now, it’s a trickle. Soon it will be a tsunami. This will be the new Democrat talking point moving forward.

Many Democrat politicians are walking zombies after vaccination- look no further than the zombie twins President Joe Biden and Pennsylvania US Senate candidate John Fetterman. They can’t even put two sentences together anymore. If those two prominent Democrats got on a stage together it would be like a combination of “Weekend at Bernie’s” and “Night of the Living Dead.”

So now that everyone sees what’s happening- from heart attacks, strokes, blood clots, and cancer to mass death- they’re going to blame it all on Trump. I’m here to tell you Trump is not to blame.
