There should also be sort of a cap approach to what upper management earns over the next level employee.

 

Most workers only make a barely living wage, then as lower management a small raise and less work, followed by a small click of upper middle management with a decent living wage, followed by the board with millions if not billions in salaries.

 

Do you think any of these top CEO's are truly worth all that money compared to the companies experts who add core value?
