A good way to learn is to shadow bake.

Can be done on /comms/ or /qrn/ boards.

You do everything the baker does - take notes and baker - and then seek out a baker to get feedback.

Can usually find bakers on Qresearch or on Meta discussion. If you check on on Meta discussion, can make an appt with someone to walk you thru a bake, answer q's, etc.

Graveyard is a good time to try a real bake on QR. Or you can start by taking notes.

When i was new, a bullish baker really told me off - nobody likes that. Later we learned to work together, was worth it.
