This guy Dan cain a 3 star general was in Iraq In 2018 he was Deputy Commanding General, U.S. Central Command Special Operations Component and Deputy Commanding General - Special Operations Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (Iraq).

He is currently the Associate Director for Military Affairs, Central Intelligence Agency, Washington, D.C. he has a Twitter and I could be wrong but this seems like a message to me. Might be worth looking into.
