This is about succession of controlling the Mueller probe. Sessions names Terwilliger interim US Attorney of EDVA on May 24, this would put him next in line of succession to oversee Mueller probe if [[RR]] has to recuse himself or is removed, given Panuccio is acting AAG, see sec. 2. An acting employee cannot fill the role. Brand was removed because she wasn't trusted to oversee the Mueller probe and the US attorney position in East Virginia was strategically left open until now for Terwilliger who is openly supported by the Senators of Virginia and Trust Sessions moved him there in the important date of May 24. We'll see what [Ed]'s role is too, but would imagine Terwilliger might be next in line. There would be outage if Pruitt filled this spot
