This was after news broke on Monday that top FBI agent Tim Thibault, who opened the Trump investigation, was escorted from FBI headquarters on Friday.

Thibault was allegedly the mastermind behind the affidavit to raid Mar-a-Lago earlier this month. He also was a known Trump-hater with longtime connections to the Clintons and the Obamas.

During their conversation, Miranda revealed that the FBI was illegally spying on Rudy Giuliani for years and knew when he was contacted by John Paul Mac Isaac about Hunter Biden’s computer. Miranda says the FBI even knew her articles on the laptop from hell were going to be published before The New York Post ran them.

Poultry Processing Plant Catches Fire in Montebello, California

A poultry processing plant in Montebello, California was caught on fire on Sunday.

A representative for the city of Montebello said that QC Poultry, located at 1111 W. Olympic Blvd., had building damaged and that numerous commercial cars may have been destroyed by fire, according to KTLA.

The fire was contained with the help of Montebello Fire and other mutual aid fire departments.

“Shortly after 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 28, your [Montebello Fire Department] responded to a reported structure fire in the 1000 block of Olympic Blvd,” Montebello FD wrote on Instagram.

“First arriving units on scene found a large industrial building with heavy smoke showing. As members began to deploy, the fire was upgraded to a third alarm commercial fire.”

The cause of the fire is unknown.

“Firefighters initially took a defensive stance and held the fire from spreading to any other nearby structures. After a significant amount of resources worked to access the burning areas, the fire was declared knocked down at 8:00 p.m. At the time of this posting, the cause of the fire remains under investigation,” the post concluded.

Pentagon Stockpiles "Uncomfortably Low" Amid Ukraine Transfers, Officials Admit

"It is not at the level we would like to go into combat," a US defense official told The Wall Street Journal of the Pentagon's fast depleting stockpiles due to unprecedented defense aid to Ukraine, and stressed in particular that artillery ammunition is now "uncomfortably low".

What's more is that the shortfall will likely last into the future, given the norm is for new purchases and then manufacturers supplying the weapons to take a process of years.

"The U.S. has during the past six months supplied Ukraine with 16 U.S. rocket launchers, known as Himars, thousands of guns, drones, missiles and other equipment. Much of that, including ammunition, has come directly from U.S. inventory, depleting stockpiles intended for unexpected threats, defense officials say," the report spells out.

In total so far, the US has pledged to send about $13 billion in arms to Ukraine after only six months of conflict. Given the alarm over Washington's own dwindling stockpiles, the DoD is now opting to send 105mm rounds to Ukraine instead of the 155mm guided 'smart' artillery shells.

In early July, a senior US defense official told reporters in a briefing that the Ukrainian army was at that point firing about 3,000 155mm shells per day:

The revelation came amid questioning on the latest tranche of weapons and ammunition being sent to Ukraine, including, for the first time 1,000 guided 155mm 'smart' shells.

The official said despite the high usage rate, Ukrainian forces still have "substantial stores" of 155mm rounds and are far from running out with more rounds on the way. The U.S. and NATO allies have donated hundreds of thousands of 155mm rounds to Ukraine.

But already at this point it seems the Pentagon is becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the rate of these 'donations'.

The Wall Street Journal report indicated further that the US Army has requested of Congress another $500 million per year to enhance its own ammo factories. It remains that the biggest winner in all of this is the big defense contractors and manufacturers.

Federal Court Cancels Hearing Over Trump Election Lawyer’s Attempt to Reclaim Seized Phone After DOJ Obtains SECOND Search Warrant

A federal court on Tuesday canceled a hearing over Trump election lawyer John Eastman’s attempt to reclaim his seized phone.

The court canceled the hearing after the corrupt Justice Department obtained a second search warrant which undermined Eastman’s case.

The hearing was set for September 6, 2022.

“Given that the Government has affirmed to the Court on the record that a warrant has been issued, the Court finds that Eastman cannot make a good faith argument that an evidentiary issue on the existence of warrant remains,” Judge Robert Brack, a George W. Bush appointee wrote.

The judge continued, “The undersigned will take the Government at its word that the warrant was issued, and the Court’s decision will be based in part on that representation.”

“With this in mind, the Court will vacate the hearing currently set for September 6, 2022, and will decide Eastman’s motion on the written submissions of parties,” the judge wrote.

The January 6 Committee sent the feds after Trump lawyer John Eastman because he dared to take action against the Democrats and their massive election fraud operation in 2020.

Trump’s election lawyer John Eastman said the FBI searched and seized his phone in June, according to a new court filing.

Eastman filed a federal lawsuit in New Mexico in June and asked a judge to order the feds to return his property and block the January 6 investigators from accessing his phone.

According to the court filing, John Eastman was exiting a restaurant with his wife and friend when FBI agents ambushed him and “forced” him to unlock his phone.

The federal agents then took Eastman’s iPhone 12 Pro.

The feds ambushed John Eastman on the same day they conducted a pre-dawn raid of Trump DOJ official Jeffrey Clark.

Pennsylvania Democrat John Fetterman Says He Is Against Voter ID Because “People of Color” are “Less Likely to Have Their ID”

This isn’t racist or anything.

Pennsylvania Democrat Senate candidate John Fetterman said he is against voter ID because “people of color” are “less likely to have their ID.”

Fetterman is running against Republican nominee Dr. Mehmet Oz in the 2022 US Senate race in Pennsylvania.

“In my own state they’re going to attempt to pass a constitutional amendment making sure that universal voting ID for every time you vote, not just when you sign up to vote, but every time you vote because they understand that any given time there’s tens of thousands of Pennsylvanians who typically – typically are on the poor side and people of color are less likely to have their ID at any one given time,” Fetterman said.

This is the same guy who pulled a gun on an unarmed black guy.

In 2013 Fetterman chased a black man down the street who he thought was involved in shootings in his neighborhood. Fetterman then pulled out a shotgun on the black man who it turned out wasn’t involved in the shooting.

His handlers have been hiding him because he can barely speak.

John Fetterman has only made a few brief public appearances since his stroke in May.

Not only is John Fetterman not well after his stroke, he got an allowance from mommy and daddy until he was 50 years old.

Fetterman has been supported by his parents up until recently.

There’s just something really off about this guy.

Steve Bannon recently labeled Democrat Fetterman a Satanist for urging the release hundreds of hardened criminals from prison to prey on the defenseless.

Arizona Supreme Court Strikes Down Democrat Dark Money Ballot Initiative To Make CHEATING Easier And Make Post-Election Audits ILLEGAL

The Arizona Supreme court has shot down a proposed ballot initiative that would eliminate basic election integrity measures under the deceptive name “Arizonans for Free and Fair Elections.”

The Democrat-backed dark money ballot initiative officially titled Proposition 210 would have made it even easier for them to cheat by expanding drop boxes and mail-in voting, voter registration to all regardless of their citizenship status, automatic voter registration, and banning post-election audits — like the Arizona Senate’s 2020 Election audit. Under the new law, it would be a class 6 felony to “provide voted ballots to a person” for the purpose of auditing an election.

The Gateway Pundit reported extensively on the Arizona 2020 election audit, which discovered massive election law violations and hundreds of thousands of illegal or fraudulent ballots.

Dinesh D’Souza’s “2000 Mules” documentary exposed even more shocking evidence that the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen with hundreds of thousands of illegally trafficked mail-in votes in Arizona.

It’s no wonder they want to expand dropboxes and mail-in ballots.

The initiative would also restore the Permanent Early Voting List in Arizona, allowing mail-in ballots to be sent each year to people who may not even vote.

Titled Proposition 210, the now-failed ballot initiative had the potential to completely overhaul Arizona’s election laws, several of which the state legislature recently passed. As noted by The Tennessee Star, the 26-page proposal “is very similar to the federal HR 1,” the legislation previously introduced by congressional Democrats that would have resulted in a federal takeover of elections.

Among the proposed changes to Arizona election law were same-day voter registration, a repealing of “Arizona’s ballot harvesting ban,” and “voter registration with minimal identification, such as a pay stub.” Other provisions in the initiative would have disqualified “electors who don’t choose the president selected by Arizona’s presidential election,” eliminated “the 30-day residency requirement in order to vote,” and made it “harder to cancel voter registrations of inactive voters,” among others.

In 2021, the Arizona legislature passed a law that “requires the state to remove infrequent voters from the state’s Permanent Early Voting List, turning it into an ‘active’ early voting list.” GOP Gov. Doug Ducey also signed a bill earlier this year mandating that voters show proof of citizenship in order to vote in federal elections.

The latter has since been the subject of a lawsuit filed against Arizona by the Biden Department of Justice, which referred to the law as an “unnecessary requirement” that “turns the clock back on progress” and “block[s] eligible voters from the registration rolls for certain federal elections.”

According to the Associated Press (AP), the state Supreme Court’s Friday decision “upholds a lower court ruling issued hours earlier, in which Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Joseph Mikitish rejected thousands of signatures and said the initiative fell 1,458 signatures short of the 238,000 required to qualify for the ballot.”

Iran Closes Border With Iraq, Flights Paused From Gulf Carriers, On Fears Of New Civil War

Influential Shia leader Muqtada al-Sadr, whose followers largely drove the past 48 hours of protests and violence that rocked the central Green Zone area of Baghdad - resulting in at least 30 deaths and injuries to hundreds more - has called for his supporters to disperse while further apologizing to the Iraqi people for the overnight deadly mayhem.

Al Jazeera correspondent observed Tuesday that "Supporters of Muqtada al-Sadr have started to leave the Green Zone area after their leader told them to end the protests." Further suggesting greatly calmed streets which were hours ago scenes of running armed street battles with security forces, the report notes that "The military also announced that a nationwide curfew, which went into effect on Monday at 7pm local time (20:00 GMT), has been lifted, further raising hopes that there might be an end to the street violence."

Acting prime minister Mustafa Al-Kadhimi welcomed Sadr's speech. The Sadrist movement head issued the following warning to those still occupying government buildings: "The party is disciplined and obedient, and I wash my hands of those who do not withdraw from parliament building within an hour." The ultimatum to his supporters appears to have worked for now.

A United Nations statement said the following: "UNAMI welcomes the most recent moderate declaration by Sayed Muqtada al-Sadr. As stated yesterday: restraint and calm are necessary for reason to prevail," according to a UN Mission tweet.

Yet fears that the ongoing political gridlock in parliament - and inability to form a government going all the way back to a parliamentary election in October 2021 - could slide the country into civil war remain.

It remains to be seen whether significant unrest will spread to other provinces, but Iraq's southern city of Basra - a hotbed of pro-Sadr support, whose withdrawal from politics sparked these latest clashes (or as his supporters say… being forced out) - has this week seen angry protests and confrontations with security forces.

Neighboring countries have been concerned enough over the potential that things could spiral further to take action regarding their citizens. First, Kuwait issued a public alert telling its nationals to depart the country, and on Tuesday Iran announced border closures with Iraq, citing fresh "unrests" and the curfew in Iraqi cities. This is significant given the huge numbers of Iranian religious pilgrims visiting Iraq on a regular basis.

Dubai’s long-haul carrier Emirates stopped flights to Baghdad on Tuesday over the ongoing unrest in Iraq. The carrier said that it was "monitoring the situation closely."

Iraq's military has confirmed that at least four rockets had been fired into the Green Zone, which according to widely circulating videos triggered the US Embassy's C-RAM anti-air defense system. There still appears to be the threat ongoing random armed attacks outside the Green Zone perimeter into Tuesday…

Google Barring Truth Social From Play Store Due To 'Insufficient Content Moderation'

Last week, Truth Social CEO Devin Nunes claimed that it was "up to Google" to approve the App for download on the Play Store platform, claiming in a statement to Just the News' John Solomon: "we're waiting on them to approve us, and I don't know what's taking so long."

"They could approve it tomorrow and it would be live for all the people who have now pre-ordered," Nunes continued, adding: "We have built this from the ground up, brick-by-brick, so that we can't be canceled. But the two companies that we have to work with specifically for the apps, which is the Google Play Store and Apple to be in their app store - everyone is beholden to them."

Not so fast, says Google - who told Axios that the app hasn't been approved for distribution due to "insufficient content moderation."

"On Aug. 19, we notified Truth Social of several violations of standard policies in their current app submission and reiterated that having effective systems for moderating user-generated content is a condition of our terms of service for any app to go live on Google Play," a spokesperson said, adding "Last week Truth Social wrote back acknowledging our feedback and saying that they are working on addressing these issues."

Details: A source says that Google's concerns relate to content such as physical threats and incitements to violence.

Truth Social does have "sensitive content" banners that appear before some posts that read "This content may not be suitable for all audiences," but content that threatens violence remains on the platform.

For example, in response to a post from former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, an account called "TheVictim24" posted last week, "It's be nice if you people weren't just okay with the military and police stage a rebellion and framing civilians. Zero people trust the police and if the military comes in, we'll kill them. Someone admit this nation needs to be nuked because it's satanic."

That post wasn't labeled.

Workaround: Truth Social could offer Android users a version of its app via its website or other channels — an option not available to developers on Apple's iOS mobile operating system — but the company has not done so.

The big picture: Truth Social's technological challenges come amid broader financial and legal disputes.

The company owes one of its tech vendors over $1.6 million, Axios has confirmed, and the blank-check company looking to merge with it and take it public is under investigation by federal securities regulators.

UK anti-lockdown protesters sentenced for using 'abusive words and threatening behaviour' toward BBC journalist

Five U.K. protesters who "intimidated" Nick Watt, a BBC journalist, were sentenced on Tuesday. The judge stated that the anti-lockdown activists used "abusive words and threatening behaviour," reported the Independent.

On June 14, 2021, protesters gathered in Westminster to demonstrate against the government's lockdown response to COVID-19. At the time, England officials had just announced that they would extend the existing lockdown for another four weeks.

A video from the demonstration showed BBC journalist Nick Watt being followed around Downing Street by protesters. The activists in the footage "intimidated" Watt by calling him a "traitor" and banging on a metal baking sheet with a spoon.

The five convicted protesters included Djazia Chaib-Eddour, 44; Martin Hockridge, 58; Alexander Peat, 34; Christopher Aitken, 62; and Gary Purnell, 45.

All denied using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behavior with intent to cause harassment, alarm, or distress. However, the court found each of them guilty of verbally abusing Watt.

Purnell, Peat, and Hockridge were each sentenced to 12 months of mandatory community orders and 200 hours of unpaid work. Chaib-Eddour received a 12-month community order, 100 hours of unpaid work, and 20 hours of rehabilitation.

An indefinite no-contact restraining order for Watt was placed against all of the demonstrators. In addition, they were each ordered to pay a fine of £395.

An arrest warrant was issued for Aitken, but he did not attend the hearing. Another protester, Joseph Olswang, 40, pleaded guilty at an earlier trial and was sentenced to 20 weeks in jail.

"This was an extremely unpleasant incident in which each of you used abusive words and threatening behaviour towards Mr. Watt," stated District Judge Louisa Cieciora. "This was committed against somebody who was providing a service to the public, even if you did not agree that service was being performed to the standard it should have been."

"At the time of the incident I was shocked and alarmed at what was happening to me," Watt said in his victim impact statement. "I felt I was in immense danger."

In a YouTube interview with Resistance GB, activist Martin Hockridge said, "I very carefully used the word 'traitor' to describe the BBC because they've committed treason. Their role – which Nick Watt stated many times – was to educate, educate and inform in an impartial way the British public."

Alexander Peat told Resistance GB that the protesters were found guilty before they ever entered the court. He said, "It was trial by mainstream media even before we got into court." Peat referred to the court system as a sham and stated, "It was clear to me we were never going to stand a fair trial."

New Law Punishes Doctors Who Challenge the Established Narrative on COVID-19

RIP science. RIP free speech.

As TFTP has reported, Sen. Richard Pan, D-Sacramento, who has sponsored a slew of mandatory vaccine laws throughout his career came out in 2019 to threaten the speech of those who question forced vaccination. Throughout the pandemic, Pan has been staunchly opposed to free speech and advocated for silencing anyone and everyone who doesn't worship at the alter of Big Pharma and TheScience(TM).

Now, with the passage of Assembly Bill 2098, this tyrannical state senator has finally gotten his way and even doctors who question the safety of a product from a company with a known history of criminal behavior — will be punished by the state for doing so.

TFTP predicted this was coming after a letter Pan wrote to the Attorney General of the United States, claiming that the “deliberate spread of vaccine information discouraging vaccination” requires the surgeon general to “stop this attack on our nation’s health by addressing the spread of vaccine misinformation.”

He literally advocated for people to be jailed for questioning vaccines — and now he's gone even further.

The prediction wasn't hard to make given that this totalitarian likened "antivaxxers" to terrorists and was given a platform in WaPo to do it.

“This campaign to deny potentially life-saving vaccines to those seeking them, and to poison public opinion against vaccinations, could result in countless American deaths. That is akin to domestic terrorism,” Pan wrote.

Pan has also criticized Facebook and other social media groups for allowing vaccine skeptics to post their views when he was given a platform in the NY Times.

“This movement not only puts out mis- or disinformation about vaccines or lies about vaccines, which in itself can be harmful, but they are also aggressively bullying, threatening and intimidating people who are trying to share accurate information about vaccines,” Pan told the New York Times.

UK Govt Denies ‘Safe Use’ Recommendation for Pfizer Vaccine In Pregnant Women, Says Those Breastfeeding Should NOT Be Vaccinated.

Further studies are being conducted to ascertain more details about the impact of the vaccines.

The British government has recommended against pregnant and breastfeeding women receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, admitting that “sufficient reassurance of safe use of the vaccine” for the demographic “cannot be provided at the present time.”

The findings were revealed in a comprehensive report from the country’s Department of Health and Social Care, “Summary of the Public Assessment Report for COVID-19 Vaccine Pfizer/BioNTech,” last updated on August 16th. The report was published through the government’s Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency.

The report’s “Toxicity Conclusions” section outlines why the department recommends against pregnant and breastfeeding women receiving the vaccine, noting:

“In the context of supply under Regulation 174, it is considered that sufficient reassurance of safe use of the vaccine in pregnant women cannot be provided at the present time: however, use in women of childbearing potential could be supported provided healthcare professionals are advised to rule out known or suspected pregnancy prior to vaccination. Women who are breastfeeding should also not be vaccinated.“

“The absence of reproductive toxicity data is a reflection of the speed of development to first identify and select COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 for clinical testing and its rapid development to meet the ongoing urgent health need. In principle, a decision on Licensing a vaccine could be taken in these circumstances without data from reproductive toxicity studies animals, but there are studies ongoing and these will be provided when available,” continued the report.

The admission follows controversy over several Western governments’ hasty approvals and, in some cases, mandates of COVID-19 vaccines.

In the U.S., following a massive lobbying campaign by pharmaceutical giants including Pfizer, many jobs, businesses, and schools required COVID-19 vaccination for entry. As a result, companies including Pfizer have enjoyed record-breaking profits throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

The British government’s report also follows U.S. health agencies such as the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) appearing to slow roll the release of data relevant to the efficacy and long-term health implications of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Wisconsin morning news anchor Neena Pacholke dead at 27 of apparent suicide

A Wisconsin morning news anchor and former college basketball player died suddenly Saturday at age 27 in an apparent suicide.

News of WAOW anchor Neena Pacholke’s death left her family and colleagues stunned, and she was remembered for her contagious smile and happy-go-lucky demeanor.

“Neena Pacholke, our beloved morning anchor passed away suddenly Saturday,” 9 WAOW said in a statement. “The entire team here at News 9 are absolutely devastated by the loss as we know so many others are as well.”

Pacholke, who grew up in Tampa and played basketball for the University of South Florida, was engaged to be married at the time of her death, her older sister Kaitlynn Pacholke told Tampa Bay Times.

“She was just like a little ball of sunshine, and her smile was massive,” Kaitlynn Pacholke said Monday morning. “My sister was by far the happiest person I thought I knew.”

One of Pacholke’s last posts on Twitter was a retweet from author Jon Gordon about positivity and believing the best is yet to come.

“We are not positive because life is easy. We are positive because life can be hard,” Gordon wrote in the original tweet. “Give yourself (and others) grace. Speak life and encourage others. Look for the good today. Remember your WHY. Believe the best is yet to come.”

News 9 and Pacholke’s co-anchor also cited Pacholke’s smile and bubbly personality in tributes.

“She was a kind person with a big heart and a contagious smile and we will miss her greatly,” the station said.

Her co-anchor Brendan Mackey said Pacholke was “the brightest light in the room” with the “biggest smile and the funniest laugh.”

“I have never met anyone in my entire life that is more loved than this girl,” Mackey wrote in a tribute post on Facebook. “Everyday she made people smile, whether that was through a tv screen or just being an incredible friend. She was so happy and so full of life and a role model.”

Pacholke joined the news station as a multimedia journalist in May 2017 and was promoted to anchor in February 2019, according to her website.

She graduated from the University of South Florida, where she lettered three seasons as a point guard.

Pfizer is offering a fellowship exclusively to students of black, Latino and Native American descent — prompting attorneys to blast the company for discrimination while predicting that it would not survive any legal challenges.

The Pfizer “Breakthrough Fellowship” is described by the pharmaceutical giant as a “first of its kind” program that will work to “advance students and early career colleagues of Black/African, Latino / Hispanic, and Native American descent.”

The company fellowship is aiming to “develop” 100 fellows by 2025 as part of its mission to “increase diversity by fostering a more inclusive workplace” while “cultivat[ing] a pipeline of diverse talent.”

Those who are not from the minority groups specified by the fellowship requirements can apply to “multiple programs and opportunities throughout the year,” including an “assistance program” for MBA or MPH students.

But lawyers quoted by the Washington Free Beacon say that Pfizer is engaging in blatant discrimination.
