The "thin blue line"… We in the USA are supposed to be One Nation, Under God, INDIVISIBLE, with Liberty and Justice for ALL. Not divided by law enforcement with some above and some below. That's what the "thin blue line" stands for, division of those above from those below. We have God given rights that "law enforcement" took an oath to uphold and not violate and they themselves violate them daily.
As it was in the days of Noah, so it is at the coming of the Son of Man. The FIRMAMENT separates the "waters above" from the "waters below". Revelation 17:15 tells us the waters, where the PROSTITUTE sits, stands for people, multitudes, nations, and languages. Remember, Jesus came to those who worshiped the LAW and killed in it's name.
"And he said unto them, Unto you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but unto them that are without, all these things are done in parables: that seeing they may see, and not perceive; and hearing they may hear, and not understand; lest at any time they should be converted, and their sins should be forgiven them".
Heaven and earth will pass away, but His words will never pass away. He is the Living Word of God, the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and we are One People in Him. Where two or three gather in His name, there He is. Humanity doesn't work without unity. That doesn't mean we all have to be the same, or like the same things, have a one world government or anything like that. It means we're One People, holding none above others, loving our neighbors as ourselves.
