Greets Anons … can anyone tell me if Ivermectin or HCQ will prevent a false positive rapid COVID test?

I have a colonoscopy in the future and THE hospital will send you back home if you test positive for COVID the day of the procedure. Even if you have zero symptoms. I am trying to avoid doing a fruitless gut cleanse.

I have both HCQ and Ivermectin (pharmaceutical tabs) available for use.
