He probably has a hunch they left something behind? Maybe like cameras or spy devices like in some of those old cold war spy stories of microphones hidden in pens and decorations on the walls. How many times have we seen it in the movies, when there are people being delayed/distracted so that something else can be done without being noticed? Take for example National Treasure movie. Trump should have that place cleaned for bugs. Maybe even viral pathogens left behind or something. He should clean that place out. New everything.
Yeah, but he is painting a picture that they planted evidence of some kind, for example drugs. That they might later on comeback and arrest him over something they planted is what i'm reading between the lines.
I'm saying they planted spy devices is more likely what got left behind after they use this excuse to get documents as a reason to cover for the real reason that is to set up spy devices. That's why nobody was allowed to view what they were doing and the best thing they could think up of was to get some of those documents that they knew were there…they were scouting out the place for possible best positioning of devices.
