On page 547 of the report, you will find the following (from Comey): "There is evidence to support a conclusion that Secretary Clinton, and others, used the private email server in a manner that was GROSSLY NEGLIGENT with respect to the handling of classified information." This was also reported last year by The Hill (November 6). Comey changed it from GROSSLY NEGLIGENT (which implies criminality) to EXTREMELY CARELESS (which greatly implies stupidity, but no criminality). No political bias?! They (the enemy) wants people to believe the narrative that Comey's motivation was to protect the FBI's reputation, but that doesn't stand to reason. He believed that Hillary was going to win, so what did he actually do? He ended up making a decision that would prevent her from being indicted. Had she been indicted, would he still have believed that Hillary would win? Of course not. He had to know that an indictment would have had that effect, but the IG is acting as if Comey's decision was not political bias, EVEN THOUGH HIS ACTIONS ARE PRIMA FACIE EXAMPLES OF POLITICAL MOTIVATION!! Since he believed that Clinton would win, he engaged in a politically biased decision when he changed the language from negligent to careless. This IS supported by evidence. Q is right.
