Jean-Pierre: [Biden] thinks that there is an extremist threat to our democracy…the MAGA-republicans are the most energized part of the republican party; this is an extreme threat to our democracy, to our freedom, to our rights. They just don't respect the rule of law.

Jean-Pierre: There are an overwhelmingly amount of Americans, majority of Americans, who believe we need to save the core values of our country.

Reporter: American's life expectancy is going down, at a rate not seen in a century, and part of that is being driven by drug overdoses, so what is [Biden] going to do to stop it?

Jean-Pierre: We agree, we see those same numbers…the fact that we are securing the border…

Jean-Pierre: The Dobbs decision [Roe v. Wade]…that was a decision to take away our constitutional right.
