There seems to be confusion as to the “picture” where documents were sloppily thrown on the floor and then released photographically for the world to see, as if that’s what the FBI found when they broke into my home. Wrong! They took them out of cartons and spread them around on the carpet, making it look like a big “find” for them. They dropped them, not me - Very deceiving…And remember, we could have NO representative, including lawyers, present during the Raid. They were told to wait outside.

Looks like the single Red Boarded 'Secret//SCI' is in the beginning stages of being framed, in a different type of [KILLBOX]

The DOJ’s response included one photo – “Attachment F” – the alleged ‘classified’ documents Trump was supposedly hoarding at Mar-a-Lago.

Constitutional Law Expert Jonathan Turley Responds to DOJ’s Release of Staged Photo of ‘Classified’ Documents Strewn Over the Floor at Mar-a-Lago

Constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley on Wednesday responded to the DOJ’s release of a staged photo of so-called ‘classified’ documents strewn over the floor at Mar-a-Lago.

Biden’s corrupt Justice Department late Tuesday night responded to Trump’s request for a special master to be appointed to review the documents seized by the FBI in its raid of Trump’s Florida residence.

Trump-appointed US District Judge Aileen Cannon from the southern district of Florida on Saturday announced the “preliminary intent to appoint a special master” to review all of the records seized by the FBI during its unprecedented raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago.

Judge Cannon said the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago “involved political calculations” to diminish the leading voice of the Republican Party just months before the midterm election

The DOJ’s response included one photo – “Attachment F”– the alleged ‘classified’ documents Trump was supposedly hoarding at Mar-a-Lago.

The FBI made sure to include the framed Time Magazine cover showing Trump in the White House being spied on by his Democrat political opponents – including Joe Biden.

This was done on purpose – a message if you will – and further confirmation that the release of the photo was purely political.

Jonathan Turley argued that the staged photo was “clearly intended for public consumption.”

“The picture could be seen by many that secret documents were strewn over the floor when this appears the method used by the FBI to isolate classified documents. It also seems entirely superfluous in releasing this one picture. ” Jonathan Turley wrote.

“It is curious that the DOJ would release this particular picture which suggests classified material laying around on the floor. The point is to state a fact that hardly needs an optical confirmation: the possession of documents with classified cover sheets. Indeed, the top of roughly half of the documents are redacted in photo. The government could simply affirmatively state the fact of the covered pages and would not likely be challenged on that point without the inclusion of this one photo.” he added.

“For critics, the photo may appear another effort (with prior leaks) to help frame the public optics and discussion. Clearly the court did not need the visual aid of a picture of documents with covers. It seems clearly intended for public consumption.” Turley said.

Notably, this filing includes this picture which is being widely distributed. It can, however, leave an obviously misleading impression that secret documents were strewn over the floor when this appears to be the work of the FBI agents… https://t.co/3P4HZv5wBd

Video of Joe Biden Saying 'F-15' Viewed Over 2M Times as President Mocked

Joe Biden has faced a backlash after comments from his latest speech on guns went viral on social media.

Biden made his speech during an address in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he spoke about his crime-prevention plan and how he plans to bolster police departments of the U.S.

The president also took a shot at what he called "brave right-wing Americans" for their support of gun rights. He said, to take on America, these right-wing individuals would need F-15 aircraft.

A clip of this moment has been viewed over 2 million times across multiple Twitter pages.

It also resulted in attacks against Biden, with some saying the president suggested the American government would use F-15s on the civilian population. Other critics made comparisons to Afghanistan and the U.S.'s poorly managed withdrawal from the country after years of fighting the Taliban.

During the speech, Biden said: "Right now, you can't go on and buy an automatic weapon. You can't go out and buy a cannon.

"And for those brave, right-wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America, keeping America independent and safe. If you want to fight against a country you need an F-15, something a little bit more than a gun.

"No, I'm not joking. Think about this. Think about the rationale we use, that's used to provide this, and who are they shooting at? They're shooting at these guys behind me," Biden said in reference to the police.

Conservative author Brigitte Gabriel questioned Biden's intentions with this statement.

"Joe Biden says Americans need an F-15 to truly stand up against government tyranny. Is that his way of saying he supports using military force on U.S. land against U.S. citizens?" she tweeted.

Tennessee congressional candidate Robby Starbuck made a similar comment and tweeted the video.

"He's tactically threatening Americansand what he's saying is nonsense. He wants us defenseless as crime and tyranny surge," he tweeted.

The conservative activism organization Young Americans for Liberty also shared the video and criticized Biden.

"Joe Biden mocks patriots who correctly state the Second Amendment was written to allow the PEOPLE to defend the nation from a tyrannical government," Young Americans for Liberty tweeted.

Other critics reiterated how the Taliban was able to fight back against America despite not having F-15's.

GOP social media and digital strategy staffer Alec Sears tweeted: "The Taliban did not have F-15's and Joe Biden ceded Afghanistan to them 1 year ago."

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' press secretary, Christina Pushaw, also came to the same conclusion and criticized the president.

"I mean, the Taliban didn't need an F-15," Pushaw tweeted.

Newsweek has contacted the White House for comment.

Biden has had many blunders and gaffes during his time as president but on gun safety, following the Uvalde school shooting, he made a claim that resulted in mockery.

In late May, Biden said a 9mm bullet "blows the lung out of the body" while discussing options on gun legislation.

Biden made the remarks while speaking to reporters outside the White House, a day after he and first lady Jill Biden visited Uvalde, Texas, to comfort families who were impacted by the school shooting.

Biden's remarks prompted many to take to Twitter to point out that 9mm rounds are typically used in handguns, not high-powered rifles. Some ridiculed the president for the damage he said 9mm ammunition could do.

"'A 9MM bullet blows the lung out of the body' has to be one of the dumbest things I've ever heard. Joe Biden is an imbecile. Why do the people who know the least about guns want to yap their gums the most about guns?" tweeted Robby Starbuck.
