Anons need to ask why the pages are covered up.

Classified documents are marked clearly with their classification rating - secret - top secret etc

There appears to be no markings at the top or bottom of the pages with classification markings. Only visible are the red/yellow bordered front warning pages that are the top page in the file.

When documents have their classification altered they must be marked with the new classification and the old classification struck through and marked with the ID of the person/authority responsible for the re/declassification and date etc.

Why are none of these markings visible.
