Haven't read the entire document yet, but specifically coordinates with State National Guards and Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) to share information on election 'Indicators of Compromise' (IOCs). A little bothersome that the paper, dated May 2020, specifically mentions that the primary elections begin in February 2020. Place of performance is the Contractor's facility. Because it s/b a meme, this phrase caught anon's attention: "The Speed of Need". If this mission was successful, wouldn't they have it all?
