UKRAINE ATTEMPTING TO STORM ZAPOROZHYE NNP
With a Six-boat Commando Unit which crossed the Dnipro River during night/early morning

According to Military Summary, Russian forces spotted the Ukrainian commando team before they could take control of the NPP. It is believed by MS that the plan was to hold the NPP and the UN Inspectors hostage or that this might have been a western plan with the UN in know.
Russia had surrounded the plant with a defensive circle but withdrew those forces prior to UN arrival. It is believed that the Ukrainians put the raid into action since the Russians were leaving it undefended. The Dnipro River separates the two forces.
The status is unclear but last reports were tgat the Russians were engaging the commandos held up in an adjoining town.

Western fake news is trying to muddy the waters saying that the NPP was under Russian artillery attack when inspectors arrived. This claim is absurd as Russia has been in complete control of the southern side of the Dnipro River and the NPP. The Russisns cslled for UN inspections due to Ukrainian bombardment.
The fake news is conflating the firefight with the Ukie commandos as shelling of plant by the Russians.
Reports (in the video's comments) are that TWO separate Ukie commandos landed. One unit was to pin the Russians from returning to defend the NPP with the second to take the plant.
Bottom line is that it was a desperate abd panicked move certsin to boomerang on Zelensky.
