This is highly illegal and gestapo tactics. You can't stop Lawyers from observing a raid, anytime you are under arrest you are entitled to counsel. An arrest is when any law enforcement agent restricts your rights. If they stop don't move, and you say provide me a lawyer, they are obstructing justice. Doesn't matter whether it is state or federal or your local town agents. What is to stop them from planting evidence or stealing? Nothing.
