Whoa…I had the same experience, anon!

I thought I was going thru a lot recently, then today I learned about our department administrator’s personal hell with her 84 yr old mother, who lives an hour away alone and who is slipping in and out of dementia. Then, I get a call from a colleague who says he can’t make it to 10 AM logistics meeting because his autistic sons teacher is out with COVID meanwhile his son is screaming nonsense in the background. I can’t even imagine…
