At best, Comey was blackmailed during the Clinton probe, and McCabe was running things. So what was he blackmailed for? It would have to be very bad. Evidence of this was the rewrite of the exoneration letter which actually wasn't done by Comey, but McCabe and Stroyk.

Here are the damning facts:

1. No Grand Jury used during the "investigation".

2. Immunity deals for nothing in return.

3. Bullshit excuse on "intent". Intent is not needed, but even then DESTRUCTION OF EVIDENCE shows intent. You would put that before the Jury to decide, and any prosecutor would be extremely confident that a defendant destroying a bunch of evidence shows intent.

Also, Comey is a dufus who didn't run anything. He took Friday's and Monday's off. So maybe he was blackmailed, then explained it all to Sessions and Trump.

Big stretch. However Nov 8 is EVERYTHING. With news cycles and attention spans Trump need to hit the Dems Sept/Oct. So possible.

Interesting sentence. Department PROSECUTORS were never in question. It's about the FBI. So if the FBI turns over a crappy investigation, no testimony (immunity deals), and no Grand Jury investigation, then the prosecutors don't have shit to work with. The problem was the FBI.
