John Fetterman would turn the United States into Philadelphia

As a native of Philadelphia, and a Pennsylvania voter in the November election, I can safely say that John Fetterman is dangerous. His politics scare me. Many of the radical left-wing policies he supports, and in many cases, implemented, have helped many criminals live better lives. They have also endangered law-abiding Pennsylvanians.

Fetterman isn't from Philadelphia, but one would never know it by looking at his political record. Throughout his time in politics, Fetterman has embraced the type of failed policies that have made the once great city of Philadelphia into a crime-ridden, poverty-stricken dystopia. Now he wants to champion those policies in Washington, D.C. These radical left-wing policies that have devastated cities throughout the country will do nothing but turn the United States into Philadelphia.

Crime is soaring under the current Democratic presidential administration. If Fetterman wins the Pennsylvania Senate election, it will exacerbate this problem. He is on the wrong side of legislation and history on nearly every sociocultural issue he has ever been involved in, from immigration to criminal justice.

Consider Fetterman's position on illegal immigration. The country is experiencing its worst border crisis in history. Illegal immigrants are crossing the border in record numbers. Throughout his political career, Fetterman has supported illegal immigration and sanctuary cities. He is on record as saying that "sanctuary cities make everybody safer." But, in reality, this just isn’t true. All one has to do is ask any number of the many victims of violent crimes in sanctuary cities how safe they feel. There are enough struggles with illegal immigration. Our country doesn't need another Democratic senator to make matters significantly worse.

State Supreme Court Sides With Catholic Church Who Fired Teacher In Same-Sex Marriage

The Indiana Supreme Court unanimously ruled Wednesday in favor of Catholic schools under the Archdiocese of Indianapolis who fired a teacher because of his same-sex marriage.

Joshua Payne-Elliott, a former teacher at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, sued the archdiocese after he was fired in 2019 for entering a same-sex marriage in 2017, breaking the school’s contract that prohibits same-sex relationships, according to the court opinion. The court ruled in favor of the archdiocese, which ordered the school to fire Payne-Elliot for breaking the contract.

“The archdiocese’s decision whether a school maintains its Catholic identity is an internal matter that concerns both church policy and administration,” the opinion stated.

Payne-Elliott said the archdiocese forced the school, which he had taught at for 13 years, to fire him, the opinion stated. Payne-Elliott’s husband Layton was also eventually fired from Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis, even though the school first defied the orders from the archdiocese to terminate his employment.

Archbishop Charles Thompson issued a decree saying that if the schools kept both teachers on staff, they would no longer be considered or recognized as a Catholic school, according to the opinion.

“This is really important example of properly having separation of church and state properly understood, because when you have an archdiocese or some other church body, giving instruction and guidance to a religious school, that’s one of its ministries,” Luke Goodrich, vice president and senior counsel at the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “It’s very important for it that the government doesn’t insert itself into that dialogue and relationship between the church and its ministry and the way it’s working out its faith and living its faith in its religious schools.”

BREAKING NEWS: FBI took empty 'classified' folders, photographs, clothes and books from Mar-a-Lago: Judge UNSEALS more detailed list of items seized from Trump's home

The FBI seized empty folders with classified markings, clothes, books and government photographs during their raid on Mar-a-Lago, a new inventory list unsealed by a judge on Friday revealed.

The list shows that several folders found during the raid had classified markings on them – but there were no contents inside. Magazine and news articles were also picked up.

The Florida Southern District Court release also confirms top secret documents were among the stash of items, which were displayed in the photo of files sprawled on the floor released by the Justice Department this week.

The new details were unveiled as Trump lawyers fought to get a special master to review the documents taken during the search last month.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) released an image Tuesday evening of documents marked as 'secret', 'top secret' and 'SCI', which were spread across the floor of Mar-a-Lago next to a box with a Time Magazine inside.

The department said the documents were among those seized during the FBI search of Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence earlier this month in relation to a case alleging he took materials from the White House when leaving office.

Trump on Wednesday morning accused the DOJ of trying to make it look like he threw the documents on the floor or was storing sensitive materials in this way at his Florida residence.

Biden Fights 9/11 Victims in Court to Protect Taliban Cash

White House Democrats have a history of fighting against terror victims suing Islamic terrorists. The Obama administration battled American terror victims suing the PLO. In 2015, after they won a $218 million judgement against the terror group, Blinken, then only a deputy secretary of state, intervened claiming that the lawsuit threatened “several decades of US foreign policy.”

But now Biden is fighting 9/11 victims on behalf of the Taliban. At stake are billions being held by the Afghan central bank fund in the United States.

A decade ago, 9/11 families sued the Taliban, Al Qaeda and Iran. The court found that the Islamic terrorists were responsible and a judgement of $6 billion was handed down.

The verdict was described as "symbolic" at the time. CBS News commented that "it would be near impossible to collect any damages, especially from the Taliban or al Qaeda." But that was before Biden turned over Afghanistan to the Taliban. Since Afghanistan has assets in this country, including $7 billion in bank funds, it’s now entirely possible to collect that money.

Or it would be if the guy who let the Taliban take over wasn’t also in the White House.

Biden officially announced that he was splitting the $7 billion between the families of the victims and a "trust fund" to provide "humanitarian aid" for the people of Afghanistan.

But that was just another one of his many lies and double crosses involving Afghanistan.

The $3.5 billion was placed in a separate trust that would be "separate and distinct" from the around $800 million the Biden administration has already spent on aid to Afghanistan. Officials admitted that the money could actually be used for matters other than "humanitarian aid".

The media headlined it as, "Biden frees frozen Afghan billions for relief, 9/11 victims". But a Biden official admitted that it was done to stop 9/11 families from getting access to the money.

FBI Official Accused of Shutting Down Hunter Biden Probe Was ‘Running Point’ on Key Witness

A former FBI official who allegedly shut down part of the investigation into Hunter Biden was "running point" in the bureau’s dealings with a key witness in the probe, according to sources directly familiar with the matter.

The witness, Tony Bobulinski, now has concerns that the former official, Timothy Thibault, helped bury information about his dealings with the Biden family that he gave the FBI, sources told the Washington Free Beacon. Thibault retired from the FBI last week amid allegations from whistleblowers that he shut down an investigation into an avenue of "derogatory" information about Hunter Biden in October 2020. Senate Republicans began scrutinizing Thibault earlier this year over anti-Trump rhetoric he posted on social media.

It had been unclear what role Thibault played in the Biden investigation, which began in 2018. But his oversight of Bobulinski means he oversaw one of the most significant witnesses to come forward with information about the Bidens’ business links to China. The FBI interviewed Bobulinski for five hours on Oct. 23, 2020, after Bobulinski publicly disputed Joe Biden’s claim to have never discussed business with his son. Bobulinski said he met with Hunter and Joe Biden in May 2017 to discuss a multimillion-dollar deal with CEFC China Energy, a Chinese energy conglomerate with ties to Chinese military intelligence. The California-based businessman also said Joe Biden is "the big guy" referenced in cryptic emails discussing equity payments from their business deals.

"In my hour-long meeting with Joe Biden we discussed Biden family business dealings with the Chinese, with which he was plainly familiar," Bobulinski said at a press conference before his FBI interview. Text messages show Bobulinski and Hunter Biden arranging a meeting with Joe Biden at the Beverly Hills Hilton. Emails from Biden’s abandoned laptop show extensive discussions about CEFC China Energy.

Hunter Biden announced in December 2020 that the U.S. attorney’s office in Delaware was investigating his taxes, though other reports say prosecutors were scrutinizing Biden’s business dealings in China and Ukraine. CNN reported last month that the probe has reached a "critical juncture," with prosecutors still weighing possible criminal charges.

The New York Post reported earlier this year that a grand jury witness was asked to identify "the big guy" referenced in the emails sent to Biden and Bobulinski. Bobulinski, however, has not been contacted by the U.S. attorney or called before the grand jury, sources told the Free Beacon. According to the sources, Bobulinski’s attorneys had multiple interactions with Thibault after Bobulinski’s FBI interview. They said Thibault told Bobulinski’s lawyers the FBI would reach out if additional information was needed, but that the bureau has not made contact with Bobulinski since then.

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R., Iowa) and Ron Johnson (R., Wis.) raised concerns about Thibault earlier this year over social media posts in which the FBI official attacked Trump as a "psychologically broken, embittered, and deeply unhappy man." According to the Republicans, whistleblowers said Thibault "ordered" the closure of an investigation into "derogatory" reporting about Hunter Biden. The whistleblowers said Thibault improperly marked the information in the FBI’s internal systems in a way that the matter could not be reopened in the future.

FBI director Christopher Wray said at a Senate hearing this month that the allegations against Thibault were "troubling." Thibault’s attorneys denied in a statement to the Free Beacon that he was fired or forced to resign from the FBI. They claimed Thibault "did not supervise" the Hunter Biden probe and "did not seek to close the investigation," though they declined to address questions about Bobulinski.

Rep. Darrell Issa (R., Calif.), who serves on the House Judiciary Committee, said Congress "must shine a bright light on the FBI" in the wake of the Thibault allegations.
