Let's talk about drugs like Fentanyl. In a perfect world it wouldn't exist but it does. What can be done if we are looking to create a better world in regards to Opioid and drug use do we:

1. Make Opioids legal, and let people free will themselves as they do

2. Stop all Opioid production, is this even possible?
