Back on October 22, 2020, Tony Bobulinski held a press conference that has since been viewed over 2 million times. Bobulinski is the CEO of Sinohawk Holdings which was a partnership between the Chinese operating through CEFC/Chairman Ye and the Biden family.

In his press conference, Bobulinski claimed he met with Joe Biden at the Beverly Hilton on May 2, 2017. Tony Bobulinski was joined by Hunter Biden, Jim Biden and Joe Biden and they discussed the Biden family’s business plans with the Chinese.

It was also during this press conference that Tony Bobulinski shared the infamous email that described the payment schedule including 10% held for the Big Guy, who is Joe Biden.

Later, Bobulinski sent a text to Jim Biden, Joe Biden’s brother, on the same day, May 2, 2017, saying: “Great to meet u and spend some time together, please thank Joe for his time, was great to talk thx Tony b.”

Joe Biden famously lied to the American public at a 2020 presidential debate when he claimed that his son Hunter Biden didn’t make money in China or engage in unethical overseas business deals. During the debate Biden said, ‘My son has not made money in terms of this thing about, talking about China.’

This was clearly a lie.

And now there is more evidence of Joe Biden’s meeting with Bobulinski at the Beverly Hilton.

Joe Biden spoke at Milken Institute Global Conference in 2017. It was held at the Beverly Hilton, the same hotel where he met with Tony Bobulinski the night before.

Private NYC School Director Who Bragged About ‘Sneaking’ Left-Wing Political Agenda Into Classrooms Placed on Leave After Project Veritas Exposé

Project Veritas on Thursday released Part 2 of its “Secret Curriculum” series and exposed a private school director’s far-left political agenda and hatred for ‘white boys.’

Jennifer Norris, Director of Student Activities at Trinity School NYC told a Project Veritas undercover journalist that she ‘sneaks’ her left-wing political agenda into classrooms.

Norris said she feels like a ‘double agent’ and also trashed ‘white boys.’

“Unfortunately, it’s the white boys who feel very entitled to express their opposite opinions and just push back. There’s a huge contingent of them that are just horrible. And you’re like, ‘Are you always going to be horrible, or are you just going to be horrible right now?’ Don’t know…I think they need to go. I think they’re really awful people…They’re so protected by capitalism. It makes me sad,” Norris told the PV journalist.

Norris said she won’t allow Republican perspective on campus.

Jennifer Norris was placed on paid leave one day after Project Veritas released the undercover video exposing her far left political agenda and hatred for white boys.

Trinity School attacked Project Veritas in a statement on Friday.

The school accused the undercover Project Veritas journalist of misrepresenting himself.

“Accordingly, the School is retaining outside counsel to conduct an independent investigation. Ms Norris will be placed on paid leave while this investigation is underway,” John Allman, Head of Trinity School said.

“When the investigation is completed, we will communicate further with our community,” the statement said.

Taiwanese Billionaire Puts Up $32 Million To Train Army Of 'Civilian Warriors' Against Chinese Invasion

The founder of a major microchip producer has reinstated his Taiwanese citizenship and pledged to spend $32 million of his own money to train "civilian warriors" to prepare for a Chinese invasion.

Wearing a bulletproof vest, billionaire Robert Tsao, founder of United Microelectronics Corp, announced at a Thursday press conference that the Chinese Communist Party's threat to Taiwan was growing. The 75-year-old says he plans to train "three million people in three years," and will work with the island's civilian defense organization - the Kuma Academy.

"Given the Chinese Communist Party’s record of atrocities against its own people and its brutal domination of those like the Uyghurs who are not even Chinese, the CCP’s threats have only ignited among the Taiwanese people a bitter hatred against this threatening enemy, and a shared determination to resist," he said in a prepared statement.

"I am back in Taiwan, and I will die in Taiwan. I will not watch the CCP turn Taiwan into another Hong Kong," he said during his speech in Taipei.

According to the Guardian, 60% of the funds would go towards the army of "warriors," while 40% would be to train another 300,000 in how to shoot.

"If we can successfully resist China’s ambitions, we not only will be able to safeguard our homeland but make a big contribution to the world situation and the development of civilization," he said.

Tsao was formerly an active supporter of unifying Taiwan with China, and had renounced his Taiwanese citizenship in protest against a government investigation of his company. However, he told Radio Free Asia that he had a change of heart after witnessing the crackdown on Hong Kong’s pro-democracy movement, particularly the Yuen Long MTR attack. On Thursday he also announced he had renounced his Singaporean citizenship and that his Taiwanese citizenship had been restored and he planned to “die in Taiwan and stand with its people”. -The Guardian

Bill to cancel doctors for ill-defined COVID-19 'misinformation' nears adoption in California

Physicians group already suing Medical Board of California for chilling effects. Bill no longer targets docs who "promote" misinformation to public at large, suggesting lawmakers fear legal challenge.

Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) can make California the first state to revoke doctors' medical licenses for disseminating to their patients COVID-19 "misinformation or disinformation" that falls afoul of a fluctuating "scientific consensus" reflected in an undefined "standard of care" — but he'll have to rebuff a chorus of doctors and likely litigation to do it.

Introduced this winter to combat purported COVID-19 misinformation while using outdated statistics, AB 2098 cleared its penultimate legislative hurdle this week with Senate approval. The Assembly will now review Senate amendments.

It passed the chamber 28-6 Monday with no discussion and a single Republican vote in favor, according to Californians for Good Governance, which opposes the bill. The bill page was frequently inaccessible or sluggish Tuesday, suggesting a flood of traffic. Newsom hasn't taken a public position, according to The New York Times.

AB 2098 would deem medical professionals guilty of "unprofessional conduct," punishable by the Medical Board of California and the Osteopathic Medical Board of California, for disseminating "misinformation or disinformation related to" the risk of COVID, its prevention and treatment, and the "development, safety, and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines."

The version approved by the Senate Monday removed a clause requiring "gross negligence." Earlier versions had already removed the original's four-factor test for determining whether to open investigations and added a severability provision that protects the law as a whole from any provisions struck down in court.

Physicians for Informed Consent didn't wait for the bill to become law, filing a First Amendment lawsuit against the Medical Board last month for its administrative, rather than statutory, "attempt to intimidate by investigation, censor and sanction physicians who publicly disagree with the government's ever-evolving, erratic, and contradictory public health Covid-19 edicts."

AB 2098 defines "misinformation" as "false information that is contradicted by contemporary scientific consensus, contrary to the standard of care," but the bill does not define "standard of care."

A 2011 legal review in the Western Journal of Emergency Medicine, published by the University of California Irvine emergency medicine department, said courts' understanding of "standard of care" has changed over time.

While "several important cases" suggest doctors can be found culpable for not pursuing a "reasonable" practice, even if it's not "the standard," more recent jurisprudence has cleared physicians who do "what a minimally competent physician in the same field would do in the same situation, with the same resources," the paper said.

Board-certified ophthalmologist Houman Hemmati, who is organizing opposition to AB 2098, warned that "standard of care" is highly subjective and can refer to the practices of "many" doctors in a given community, regardless of their scientific merit.

He said the bill would turn California into a "medical police state" where politicians make medical judgments and physicians could lose their careers for perceived disagreement with Newsom, whom Hemmati compared to the Iranian regime his family fled to escape persecution of "physicians who didn't parrot the regime's policies."

In a scheme which may have been devised in far away London, Europe's lowest paid workforce has just lost some of the few precious protections it had. The measure flies in the face of Ukraine's apparent ambitions to join the European Union.

On August 22, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky ratified highly controversial new labor laws, ones that have wide-ranging negative implications for the overwhelming majority of the country’s workers.

Collectively known as Bill 5371, the legislation robs up to 70% of Ukrainian employees of rights and protections provided under the country’s established national labor law, while severely restricting the power of already-embattled trade unions to organize.

President Zelensky’s ruling Servant of the People party argues the “liberalizing” measures are not only necessary, but long overdue, as a result of Kiev’s “extreme over-regulation of employment” contradicting “principles of market self-regulation [and] modern personnel management,” and creating “bureaucratic barriers both for the self-realization of employees and for raising the competitiveness of employers.”

y contrast, in the lead-up to Bill 5371’s ratification, a great many groups within and outside the country expressed outcry at the proposed measures over many months. The International Labour Organization (ILO), a United Nations agency charged with ensuring social and economic justice by safeguarding international labor standards, including conditions of freedom, equity, security and dignity in workplaces worldwide, published a withering and extensive analysis of the proposals – as did Ukraine’s own parliamentary committee on EU integration.

The body charged that the legislation “weakens labor protection, narrows the scope of labor rights and social guarantees of employees, in comparison with the current legislation,” in contravention of Ukraine’s obligations to Brussels under the terms of its Association Agreement. Andrey Reva, Ukraine’s former minister of social policy, has leveled similar charges:

“Employees will no longer have any protection against arbitrary dismissal. Upon hiring, the employee will be asked to sign an employment agreement, which will allow the employer to obtain unilateral advantages during its conclusion and deprive the employee of any legal opportunities for his defense … Why is this being done right now, when Ukraine has submitted an application to join the European Union and is awaiting its consideration?”
