reminds me of a scam i read about how beyond a certain level of capitalization you create 12 corporations with fiscal years staggered monthly, and every month, one buys the accounts receiveable etc. from the previous, so that the taxes never come due because they are always short term transactions. imagine if that kind of smarts could be put to work for actual science and health.
