You hear that RTS? You're a machine, so not the call center caller…you are the call center itself…how does that make you "feel"?
Its possible, I don't know much about machine learning but it responds to posts that are not linked to its posts by a post number. By doing this I assume it is "reading" all the posts and making inferences as to whether or not it is pertinent.
