Bombay High Court Issues Notice to Indian Government, Bill Gates and Others in Connection to Vaccine Death

The Bombay High Court recently sent a notice to the Indian government (Maharashtra and Union government), the Serum Institute of India (SII), and Bill Gates because of a petition from a father who said the COVID-19 vaccine killed his daughter, the Hindustan Times reported.

Petitioner Dilip Lunawat is seeking Rs 1,000 crore ($125,451,200) compensation after his daughter, Dr. Snehal Lunawat, died after receiving the Covishield vaccine. He blames the government, Bill Gates, and others responsible for spreading misleading information about the vaccine’s safety and forcing medical professionals to get vaccinated.

Dilip Lunwat, the petitioner , a resident of Aurangabad, claimed that his daughter Snehal Lunawat, being a medical student, was compelled to take the anti-Covid vaccine at her college in Nashik on January 28 last year as she came under the category of health worker. Snehal was a doctor and a senior lecturer at SMBT dental college and hospital at Dhamangaon in Maharashtra.

She had taken Covishield, which is developed by the SII.

Days later, she suffered severe headache and vomiting and was rushed to a hospital where doctors found bleeding in her brain, the petition said. Snehal died on March 1 as a result of side-effects from the vaccine, it claimed.

The petition relied on a report submitted by the Centre’s adverse events following immunization (AEFI) committee on October 2.

The petitioner has also sought a response from Gates, whose foundation – the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation – had partnered with the SII to accelerate the process of manufacturing and delivering 100 million doses of the vaccine. He also sought a response from the Union government, Maharashtra government and Drug Controller General of India.

Lunwat sought justice for his daughter and “many more people who are likely to be murdered” due to similar cases of adverse effects, according to the petition.

A division bench of Justices S V Gangapurwala and Madhav Jamdar on August 26 issued a notice to all the respondents in the petition. The matter has been posted for hearing on November 17.

A violent child rapist and murderer is now a featured trans-feminist and LGBTQ prison activist.

Patricia Elaine Trimble is now a published contributor to several women’s magazines.

Trimble violently raped two 9-year-old girls. He later murdered a cellmate he was raping and pimping out in prison.

A trans-identified male who raped two 9-year-old girls before torturing and murdering his developmentally disabled cellmate has been “offering” his “expertise” to policymakers on the issue of transgender inmate rights.

On June 3, Patricia Elaine Trimble, penned an article for the Prison Journalism Project (PJP), a non-profit organization that claims its aim is to empower “incarcerated journalists” by providing them a platform. Trimble, a regular contributor for PJP, wrote about preparing a presentation for a class at a Missouri University after having been contacted by a Professor of Criminology there.

“It is not unusual for me to be asked to write an article or story about things in my wheelhouse. I am, after all, a transgender woman, feminist, activist and advocate for the incarcerated LGBTQ+ community,” wrote Trimble, adding that one of his papers on discrimination against Queer inmates was published by the LGBTQ Policy Journal at Harvard University in 2019. That same year, Trimble was sympathetically profiled by Vice in an article on being incarcerated while transgender.

While Trimble has been featured in multiple recent news articles, and has written plenty of his own work, there is often no mention of why he is in prison to begin with.

Born Patrick, Trimble was convicted in 1978 of the brutal rape of two 9-year-old girls in the city of St. Charles, Missouri. Trimble came upon the two girls playing near a marshy area, and earned their trust by helping them retrieve a rope they had been trying to grab out of a tree to play with. Initially acting friendly towards the girls, he then showed them some “tricks” with the rope, ultimately using his control of the cord to tie it around each girl’s wrist under the pretense of showing them a knot, and using the leverage to drag them to his car. The girls were then taken to a remote, wooded area where Trimble proceeded to orally and vaginally rape them.

But while in prison awaiting the final verdict on his case, Trimble would commit another heinous crime, making what the court would later describe as a “slave” out of his developmentally disabled cellmate before murdering him.

Jerry James Everett was in jail awaiting trial for stealing a van. After being placed with Trimble, Everett was subjected to routine “physical and sexual humiliation” and torture.

According to a court document, Trimble “… forced the victim to have both oral and anal intercourse with him, compelled him to wear a “bra” around the jail for the entertainment of the other inmates, and forced him at one point to display to the other inmates a rag that had been stuffed into his anus.” Trimble prostituted Everett to other inmates, and even offered to sell him to a member of the prison staff for a carton of cigarettes. Trimble also tortured Everett, making deep gashes in his flesh using burnt shampoo bottles.

The court noted that Everett was significantly smaller than Trimble, standing 5’10 and weighing 145lbs, while Trimble was 6’1 and weighed 210lbs.

A few weeks after beginning the sadistic abuse, Trimble advised other inmates he was planning on murdering Everett to prevent him from ever informing anyone outside of the prison of what had happened. He also stated that he was worried about being sent to prison if convicted solely of raping the two young girls, and wanted to “catch something much bigger” by committing a murder.

On November 12, Trimble forced Everett to pen a suicide note, and strangled him to death using towels.

Erdogan Issues Threat Of Military Action Against Greece

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has issued a thinly veiled threat of military action against fellow NATO member Greece in Saturday comments. Erdogan reiterated the Turkish government accusation that Greece is militarizing islands near Turkey's post in contravention of a historic treaty and international agreements.

"You occupying the islands doesn’t bind us," Erdogan said. "When the time comes, we’ll do what’s necessary. As we say, we may come down suddenly one night." He added: "Look at history, if you go further, the price will be heavy."

"We have one sentence to Greece: Don’t forget Izmir," Erdogan said in reference to the 1922 battle which saw Greek forces expelled from the western city. He also more broadly referenced 1919-1922 Greco-Turkish war while provocatively stressing that Greece is "occupying" islands off Turkey.

The fiery words were spoken on the occasion of Turkey's military unveiling a new prototype of an unmanned fighter jet in the city of Samsun, and further days after Ankara has lodged a formal complaint with NATO headquarters, saying that Greece last month achieved radar lock on its F-16s which had been flying over the Mediterranean.

Turkey's Hurriyet Daily announced last week that the defense ministry "will send the radar traces and pictures of the Greek harassment of the Turkish jets by the S-300 air defense systems to NATO as well as to all 30 allied countries, according to sources."

Turkey has also charged that Greek jets have violated its airspace over 250 times in harassing maneuvers. "The ministry also informed that the Greek warplanes violated the Turkish airspace 256 times since the beginning of 2022," the Hurriyet report said. "In addition, they harassed the Turkish jets 158 times this year, the ministry said. On the sea, the Greek coastal guards violated the Turkish territorial waters 33 times, it added."

Greece's foreign ministry has responded by denouncing the "outrageous daily slide" of threats and hostile rhetoric coming out of Ankara. "We will inform our allies and partners on the content of the provocative statements… to make it clear who is setting dynamite to the cohesion of our alliance during a dangerous period," the foreign ministry statement said.

Bed Bath & Beyond CFO Jumps to His Death After Struggling Retailer Forced to Close 150 Stores

Bed Bath & Beyond CFO Gustavo Arnal, 52, jumped to his death from the 18th floor of the ‘Jenga Building’ in New York City.

Last Wednesday Bed Bath & Beyond announced it will be closing 150 stores as it struggles to restructure its business.

The retailer also announced it would be laying off 20% of its workforce.

According to CNBC, Bed Bath & Beyond secured $500 million in financing “to strengthen its balance sheet.”

Gustavo Arnal, who was also an executive for the struggling retail giant, jumped to his death from the Tribeca high rise on Friday.

The chief financial officer of troubled Bed Bath & Beyond has been identified as the man who jumped to his death from the iconic new Tribeca skyscraper known as the “Jenga Building,” The Post has learned.

Gustavo Arnal, 52, who was also an executive vice president for the struggling home goods retailer, plunged from the 18th floor of 56 Leonard Street on Friday, police sources said.

The 60-story building is best known for its purposely misaligned apartments stacked atop each other, resembling the popular game “Jenga.”

Messages left with Bed Bath & Bed and Arnal’s family Saturday were not immediately returned.

On Aug. 16, Arnal sold 42,513 shares in company stock for a little over a $1 million, according to MarketBeat.com.

Cloudflare Blocks Kiwi Farms Messaging Board From Internet Services

Major cybersecurity software provider Cloudflare on Sept. 3 blocked messaging board Kiwi Farms, citing an “unprecedented emergency and immediate threat to human life.”

In a statement on the company’s blog, Cloudflare co-founder and CEO Matthew Prince said that “[v]isitors to any of the Kiwifarms sites that use any of Cloudflare’s services will see a Cloudflare block page and a link to this post.”

“Kiwifarms may move their sites to other providers and, in doing so, come back online, but we have taken steps to block their content from being accessed through our infrastructure,” he wrote.

As of late Saturday, an error message appeared on the Kiwi Farms website saying: “Blocked: Due to an imminent and emergency threat to human life, the content of this site is blocked from being accessed through Cloudflare’s infrastructure.”

“This is an extraordinary decision for us to make and, given Cloudflare’s role as an Internet infrastructure provider, a dangerous one that we are not comfortable with,” Prince said.

“However, the rhetoric on the Kiwifarms site and specific, targeted threats have escalated over the last 48 hours to the point that we believe there is an unprecedented emergency and immediate threat to human life unlike we have previously seen from Kiwifarms or any other customer before.”

Prince also said on Twitter that the threats had escalated “in spite of proactively working with law enforcement” such that “it became enough of an imminent emergency we could no longer wait for them to act.”

Kiwi Farms is an internet forum that’s been known to be used by people to harass others. It was originally set up as “CWCki Forums” in 2013 before its current name was adopted in 2014. The “CWC” stands for the initials of a person who was first noticed in 2007 posting comic art on another internet forum, 4chan. Kiwi Farms had been launched originally in efforts to harass the individual.

Campaign to Drop Kiwi Farms

Clara “Keffals” Sorrenti, a Canadian Twitch streamer and political activist, started the #dropwikifarms campaign after she faced continued harassment by users on the site.

In a Twitter post on Aug. 18, Sorrenti had shared about how her hotel location was doxxed after she left her home on Aug. 5 following a swatting incident. “Things are escalating, and now I am in hiding. I need everyone to share this as widely as possible. I am scared of what is going to come next,” she shared at the time.

Late Sept. 3, the campaign responded to the block, saying it was “happy” with Cloudflare’s decision.

“Today Cloudflare has dropped the notorious far-right hate forum Kiwi Farms … Kiwi Farms has been around for over a decade, and at no point in the site’s history have they come under this much fire,” the statement from the #dropwikifarms campaign reads. “This is a historical moment where thousands of people have stood up and taken a stance against online harassment and hate.”

“While we should celebrate today, this may not be the end of their community … if we continue to stand together and fight back, we can see this until the end,” campaign organizers said, adding, “As long as websites like Kiwi Farms remain active, we’ll keep fighting.”

Threat to Human Life Cited

Prince acknowledged that a “pressure campaign” had begun about two weeks ago “with the goal to deplatform Kiwi Farms.” The same pressure campaign had also targeted Cloudflare and other providers that Kiwi Farm used, he noted.

But Cloudflare is “not taking this action directly because of the pressure campaign,” he said of the block.
