The website zerohedge.com additionally reports that German officials are announcing extreme energy rationing measures. Moreover, they warn that "extremists" (read: "self-created rioters" and anyone who gets a little angry) could fuel national unrest over the deteriorating situation.

So basically it comes down to the fact that the rationing predicted here is going to be introduced and that Germany is going to be the starting pistol. It goes without saying that the Netherlands and other EU countries will soon follow, but Germany is the go-ahead, because the European sanctions suicide has ensured that a gas shortage will occur mainly and first in Germany.
