2 slices of French Brioche
2 tbsp Mayonaise
1 tsp or more of Sriracha sauce
Sliced smoked turkey sandwich meat
Provolone cheese
Handful of Salvadoran Curtido (squeezed dry)
Dill Pickle Beans
Capers
Jalapeno/Rhubarb Chutney
Take your Brioche and put Mayo on both sides. Put a drizzle of Sriracha on the bottom, place smoked turkey meat next, then place a piece of Provolone. Finally, drain some Curtido and top with Capers. Toast in a pan with a weighted grill press.
Serve with a Jalapeno and Rhubarb chutney.
